BAMBANG STHE FIRST rental was good, but they added a whole bunch of charges that I specifically said i did not want. I got some but not all removed which is a rip off scam. The second van was gross, very dirty, very smelly, and the person running the location did nothing to help. The supervisor I called said he give discount.. but when I called back and left messages.. I could never reach him and no discount was provided even though it was promised. feel free call me 818 679 4009

ROSAURA OThis was a U-Haul rental through a third party vendor. It was the worse experience. They were not clear on the total charges involved. They did not give me a paper receipt when I asked. They only e-mailed me a receipt with the hidden charges I was unaware of. Never through a third-party rental vendor again. Will always go directly to a U-Haul authenticated dealer.
