OSCAR AStarlight Gift is the best place to rent a U-Haul, the trucks are nice and the guys are always friendly and helpful! They also have lots of cool stuff for sale so you can pick up a gift or two while you're there.

Rosaura OThe gentleman who served me did not have the vehicle I requested. I asked for a pick up truck and they did not have it available at that time so he rented me another van which he charged me the additional twenty cents per mile. I used the van for just over two hours and drove it a total of 18 miles and placed two gallons of fuel into the van which should have been plenty to cover my fuel consumption on that trip. Your personal should inspect the van with me at the time and take the mileage all of which he did not. I should be given credit for the overcharge on the mileage because your company could not provide me with a truck. Kelly Vawter

MARIE TThe van was filthy. I couldn't see out of the windshield, the water fluid was low so I couldn't wash it, and the check engine light was on. They also charged me for more mileage than I used. I've gone to a lot of U-Haul locations and have never experienced this. I gave the location an average rating because you have to walk through the laundromat next door and it's a fairly long walk to the back of the building.

Rosaura ORyan the owner/operator was a real nice guy. It was easy to arrange reservation with him. I had the truck was easily ready. Only a little issue with it being clean more so at the cargo area. All in all I highly recommend this location and look for Ryan. I even had a little goof off by locking the keys in the ignition when I was returning the truck. I was so much in a hurry. Ryan still was nice and gave me instructions to call UHaul Roadside. They too were awesome, I was allowed to go home. They took care of retrieving the keys and hand it over to Ryan who was the operator of the rental. Check them out!

WAYNE MThe entire transaction was magnificent. Mostly done online. The van had less than 30KMiles on it. Very easy to drive. Overall it was a wonderful experience. It's just that the van wasn't clean. Was out of Windshield wiper fluid. The check engine light was on. I was VERY happy with the person behind the counter.

BANIPAL BI am so glad I came to this U-Haul location. The customer service was excellent. It’s not like other U-Haul locations where no one is there to help. I was able to book a van and be on the road in less than 15 minutes. And on top of that the van I rented was top-tier the most modern U-Haul I have ever driven. I would definitely recommend this location.

WAYNE MCar was extremely dirty, check engine light on, gas cap message in the cluster, i did rent for the appliances dolly, and their gave me a regular dolly, and the end i bought one. Really bad experience.

Guy MDidn’t have my rental available that I scheduled 4 days in advance so I ended up having to get a smaller truck. They didn’t have the amount of furniture Dollie’s I requested.(2) truck was on empty when I got in.

Zoltan JThey put me to an extreme danger I could’ve been cut on a fire I drove a car that pip gas under the car was unattached gas was all over the gas station I have video pictures and witnesses my whole experience was a disaster and instead of offering me anything or even another day of free car they just refunded me that’s all very poor customer service!
