The site is full of homeless asking for money , extremely dirty with all the blankets fot rent on the floor , I receive a truck very dirty , without gasoline and when I start driving on the soeedway , the truck start moving to the left side , it needs alignement and be washed. The guys who attend me were friendly .

Tiffany HI showed up but had to wait outside the gates which were closed for the staff "to finish their lunch". After 20 minutes or so, the staff had to move two trucks to get to the dolly, which frankly should have been out and ready. After hookup, no lights. Had to go to two additional locations, a 4 hour process, to get straight. Totally a fail.

William kI talked to a guy by phone and he didn`t know the details of my reserve. The dolly I ordered wasn`t available, but they lent me a different model. On the return, there were a bunch of drunk people at the entrance, which was a little scary.
