Rented 26 foot van. Got a text about a week ahead and said to pick up at this location. Got there - they had the reservation but no truck. Uhaul usually calls day before to coordinate pickup - never got a call. Attendant did call around trying to find a solution. Dispatch wanted me to drive 45 miles to get it. Locals worked it out.
