Super small return location which I had to travel to. Had to make transaction over phone, but person was super helpful and friendly. Did not enter building. Not sure why I wasn't permitted to return truck in my new city, which has a bigger U Haul facility compared to where I was sent.

The office was DISGUSTING! It had flies and Nat’s everywhere. It made your skin crawl just how many. I have Pictures you could just seen them litterally everywhere! She stated it was her sister who didn’t take out the garbage. The office had a smell and lost power so we sat in the dark. She sprayed roach spray on the chairs to keep the bugs away so we sat in wet chairs covered with roach spray. We also waited 45 minutes on her to arrive, then she didn’t know what to do and was on the phone with her manager the whole time mainly. Our pickup was 10 am, we didn’t leave until a little after 1.
