I rated the location as excellent. However, the check-in process before office hours was a little bit of a nightmare. I don't think this is the local vendor's issue. My concern is from the electronic check-in process. I had uploaded my license the night before in the Uhaul ap. During check-in, I was asked 2 more times for that same information. This is concerning! Also, I was completely unaware of your requirements for confirming my identify with other people. Luckily, some of our staff were available - but I would have been in a pickle if they'd all been working in the field (and unavailable). Had I known any of this in advance, I would have planned properly. Please fix that process!

Gabriel WIt took about 45 minutes to check out the vehicle and again to check it back in - that is way too long and its tedious. Also I had requested furniture pads and none were present. Yesterday I requested a refund and when I checked my bank account, the refund amount was $0.00! I understand the desire to do everything online but a little personal service would be nice - I really do not like dealing the AI.

JANAI RLocation has moved to the other side of town. Everything was clean and drop off was easy, except that the address leads to the post office in town rather than the drop off address.

Melissa LThe man at the office when I went back to get the pads (as they were not in the truck when I checked it out after hours) was mad at me because my order had pads but he didn’t see it in his order. He also only gave me 11 (6 in one bag, 5 in the other).

Paul MRude and unprofessional, throwing his hands up while asking for keys upon arrival. There was not any keys to rent a vehicle tow. Workers left the tow in the parking lot and did not put it in the fenced area where the other uhaul is stored. Drop off was about 5 pm. Went back at 5:24 pm took picture of tow returned and still not put away in the fenced/gated area.

Tina lTruck was not clean, had to sweep the back before could load items, truck was badly dented and damaged, tires almost no tread, a/c would stop work if truck had to downshift to climb a hill, windshield so filthy couldn't see clearly out of it which could have been dangerous.

Rex HThey were closed so we called to make sure of the drop off time and took pictures of the u haul to show the construction of it so on top of charging me for gas that they had no right to charge they hit my account for another 20 dollars for a conference fee not acceptable

Durinda SThe experience at this location was miserable at best. I was sent to this location due to a mix up with my original reservation. My experience at stay center started as I walked in the door and the gentleman at the counter started shaking his head and asked if I was the one here for the trailer then said its not going to happen. Then he proceded to begrudgingly "attempt" to run my reservation in his system but in actually he was just canceling my reservation (he admitted to a little later). Then he said it will not allow him to due to my vehicle being incompatible. After about 15 minutes of this gentleman muttering curse words under his breath and shaking his head, I informed him I would step outside and call the agent back that sent me there. As soon as I stepped outside I call the agent as inside the gentleman locked up the location and began trying to leave. While I had the agent on the phone I stepped to the door as that gentleman was leaving accompanied by another younger gentleman. After explaining the the two that the agent is on speaker phone and she sees no issue with the compatibility. The first gentleman muttered a couple "things" and said to bad i already canceled the reservation then continued to try leaving. I spoke to the gentleman #2 about the issue and after convincing him to try he re-entered the location. After another 25 minutes and a significant amount of muttering and cursing from the first gentleman who had walked back inside. The younger gentleman successfully check the trailer out to me and assist in hooking it up to my vehicle. This experience was the absolute worst I have ever been through in any customer service situation. The only thing that was a positive, was the agent I had worked with, she was amazing throughout this endeavor.
BRANDON GThis was a very good experience. I wouldn’t change anything other than how Uhaul does the fuel. I drove less than 10 miles total and it cost me almost $30 to fuel it up because the person before me didn’t fuel it up completely. Other than that it was great and this Uhaul location was the nicest people and very easy to do business with. I strongly recommend them.
Kevin STruck had not been swept out or checked by staff. Previous customers blankets and dirt was in back. Windshield was covered with several days of snow and ice. So truck had sat uninspected from Previous return for days. Location could not assist with ice removal from Windshield
