My original pickup location in Grand Forks got changed to this location in that same city. Although the updated location was within a reasonable distance the person who normally does their paperwork was not there at my scheduled 8:00 AM time. The guy that helped us struggled with the paperwork but did get it done. The other lady never did show up. I originally ordered a TV box but had to drive to the my original location to get it since it was pre-paid and also had to get the moving pads/blankets there too since my pickup location didn't have them. The guy there mentioned the other location should have taken the pads off their bill but he was gracious enough to give the pads anyways to help me along. He obviously understands how customer service works. It just ended up being alot of last minute details that wasn't anticipated.

This location is a disaster. I thought I rental from the other uhaul location on Gateway. This location is at a rundown motel. Half the equipment is blocked in by a semi-truck that wouldn't start, which the lady thought was my trailer. The trailer I rented was nearly blocked in by a uhaul truck and a customers car. I had to shovel snow and direct the maintenance guy to move the truck slightly so we could pull the trailer out between the semi-truck, the uhaul truck and the customers car. The experience was extremely stressful since this was a one way rental and there were no other trailers in town, if I couldn't have gotten it out. I don't understand the need for this location when you have a real store 5 minutes away.
