Extremely overpriced. Average of $100/hr is robbery. Was told it would be $35 due at pickup and it was $63. Jammed into front seat at only 6'2 and would have incurred serious injury if an accident were to happen. No place to park during pickup.

When you get there it looks like a horror movie. There is no one there and you have no idea what to do. I haven’t rented a U-Haul in years and didn’t have the app and thought you paid with the company and that’s it. Luckily the customer service team was amazing and helped me get the truck.
