Russell TThe problem is I had to travel almost 2 hours to pick up a trailer. Since I reserved it a month ahead, having it available at my local u-Haul would have been excellent customer service.

The truck I had reserved was an hour late because the guy that rented it previous to me hadn't brought it back on time, which made everyone else's reservations late, but the guy was calm, cool and collected and treated everyone with respect and kindness.

JESSICA RThey are pretty rude and treat you like your an inconvenience. This is our third rental in that area and we tried for a different pick up location, but got an email from U-Haul that this is where we have to pick it up from. We still have another load or two and i will research other options just so I do t have to have contact with these people!

WILLIAM AThe online truck pick up app should allow customers to upload more than one photo when indicating if truck was clean or not. The floors were muddy and day and stirring wheel very dusty but could only upload one photo, so I took photo of floors. How would I prove the dash and steering were dirty? An extra photo option would help

Angela CI was over charged and the representative that worked on Saturday purposely lied about the fuel to charge me more. Called customer service and have not heard back was over charged over 100 , she was rude and un professional. The contract was off by 3 miles From what it had on the paperwork to what was actually on the odometer in the vehicle. Very dishonest.

MIKE HAs always Steitz is awesome, the truck, same one I got last time, was in need of a good washing but other than that it got the job done.
Arthur TVery convenient that this Uhaul is part of a towing company. I had a concern about the tread on one of the trailer tires and they immediately had one of the tows guys change it out. I also had an issue with my trialer plug and they helped me resolve the issue so that I could be on my way. The ladies in the office were super friendly and even offered me free monster truck tickets.
Wes PEveryone was nice and very professional during and after my check in/out. The only thing that was disappointing was the equipment, transmission was slipping, breaks were slow to respond, and it general the truck was gutless. I had rented another 15 footer the previous weekend and it was in much better shape.

Juan HHorrible location. I've rented from U-Haul a dozen times and have never experienced the absolutely horrendous customer service I received from this location. Berated over the phone for following directions as stated by the U-Haul contract. I will never under any circumstances deal with these disgusting people.

Raymond DWorse truck I have ever drove. It was like it didn’t have shocks. It shook while driving non stop! Every dip in the road was felt! Extremely uncomfortable! I was also charged for an extra day when anytime I’ve picked up uhaul they always have me 24 hours. Charged 380 total and put 100 in gas before leaving my drop off location. Almost $500 for a uhaul was not expected! I would not have choose to do a return if I knew it was going to be significantly more! I did all this work and feel like I was raped of money! I’d never rent from you all again!
Serena PThe customer before me took an extraordinary amount of time to get their rental accomplished (35 mins.) which caused me to have to reschedule what I had planned for the trailer I rented. Fortunately they accomodated me at the motorcycle shop where I was picking up my bike. I had an appointment to pick up the Uhaul trailer at 9:00 and the person behind the counter finally got to me at 9:35. My rental went smoothly and I was out of there in 5 minutes. The wait was very frustrating.
Michael FOverall great service and product. Just needs to be able to drop off at other locations or a 24 hour drop off time like after hour drop off like some of the major uhaul facility. It was inconvenient to have to wait until next working business hour to drop it off.

Jose IBeware all Towing Companies - no one has ever had a positive experience with one! Beware the ability for any company to add charges to your credit card at will!! Especially BEWARE of the desk clerk at this location. She is rude, crude, and will treat you like excrement!!! Dear U-Haul, you offer a good service...great equipment at a fair value. These folks ruin your reputation.
