The place was run by a person who couldn’t work his tablet, couldn’t scan my drivers license. I had open a link and scan my drivers licenses myself for him. I spend almost one an half hours waiting for him get me entered into tablet. He didn’t help or check to see if trailer was hooked up correctly. They don’t need to be a rental place for U-Haul. I would have left if I hadn’t paid for rental online to pick it up at that location. Poor business in my opinion
