Again U-Haul told us we needed to drop off in Braham, a town 15 miles away - why??!?!? I called Braham to confirm drop off and asked if we could do in Mora and they said yes but we should call first so I did. I talked to Mora's dealer and there was no issue dropping off in Mora. Why would U-Haul change this on us again when we requested for a Mora drop off. The whole experience was frustrating. But again this had nothing to do with the Mora Dealer - they were fantastic

lucas mThe email I got after making my reservation told me I needed a pre-tow inspection for my tow vehicle and it also mentioned an inspection for the vehicle being towed, which concerned me as i couldn't bring the towed vehicle with me to get the trailer. It should be more clear that the second inspection is optional.

janet sReview your website security. My info was accessed and a $2,400 charge attempted from the Brainerd, MN location hours after making my online reservation. Credit Union fraud alert froze the account and I was issued a new card. I found out while at the Mora, MN U-Haul location.

Glen CWas never told it was a mobile check in, so when i finally got the phone number to call the website wouldn’t work. Had to call 4 times to actually get the truck. After an hour I actually got the keys to the truck and with no dolly. After I was charged for it. One of the worst n sloppiest transactions I’ve ever experienced.

Brenda CMy below average rating has no reflection on the staff or facility at the Mora, MN dropp-off location. My disappointment is with the on-line return process. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled drop off time. After struggling with the process, I need to contact an associate via phone. They were very helpful, and everything seemed to be in order. When I received the final bil I saw an additional day had been added to my bill. I made a few calls and believe The charge will be removed, but that has yet to be seen. Bottom line, the last two rental RETURNS with U-Haul were less than stellar, having me on the phone/hold and bounced around. The recent call with Mariah was helpful and VERY pleasant. Hopefully my billing issue will be resolved.

Pete GThis location did not offer any personable options; we dropped off the 15' truck by 9pm. The drop off sight is very dark and not clearly marked where equipment is to be parked nor where key is to be placed. The benefit was a very close drop off sight. YES!
