Horrible customer experience not only was the equipment never reserved for our order, but it was not mentioned to us prior that it was not available until we got to the location. We were then last-minute rescheduled us to a location 10 miles away in a very unsafe area and could not access the lockbox to get the keys. So we were left late at night standing outside in an unsafe area late at night standing outside in an unsafe area way longer than necessary. Associate spoken to regarding situation expressed no concern or resolution. Compensation of course was never provided or offered. Will never be using this company again.

At the pick up location the truck was not ready/ staged. Phone number did not work. Had to call customer service and they told me the truck is not staged was diverted it of the way to get another truck.

MICHAEL NAfter being told that we can pick up our U-Haul even a little bit earlier and going out of our way to go back twice because it was not available the first time we were then told we did not have a Uhaul there to pick up at that point we needed to scramble. I had to Call Uhaul YET AGAIN and get another truck Close to our location this was extremely inconvenient and I was very happy by having to go back multiple times for a truck that never was there. The customer service was halfway decent, but we did not even get our full order. We were supposed to get a dolly and had to go out and purchase an $80 dolly at Home Depot , because it was not with our truck that we finally were able to obtain. Worst experience ever. I did call and put in a complaint which I was told somebody would get back to me in 2 to 3 days. I am expecting a phone call because I will not let this go .
