They sold us the best insurance. We had a lockout and it wasn't covered. $200. We will not be recommendimg UHaul to friends and family. We will never rent from UHaul again.

I have rented a large number of Uhaul trailers over the years with good results.
This rental is however an exception. Less that ten miles from the rental site a truck pulls up beside me and tells me I have a trailer flat.
I pull into a gas station and fill the tire with air. I also find a second tire very low on air (four tires on trailer). The two remaining tires that have air are in extremely bad shape. Before returning the trailer the next day I have to make three more stops to add air. NOT GOOD.

Toast time we reserved a 10ft “guaranteed” had to go a town over to get a 30 ft beast. This time the truck was ragged out, the passenger door would hardly open, and would t close tightly, every warning light on the dash was on, the truck pulled to the right badly. We couldn’t complete our move in time because we had to drive slow, we will not rent another from this location.
