Make sure everything in truck is working. AC was only blowing hot air. Make the key box eaiser to get the key.

VERONICA RI couldn’t retrieve the key for the van because it was still in the drop box. The hours for the storage company are not correct through U-Haul. This caused a delay in my travel time. I had to call someone to give me a different code to retrieve the key.

Michael AMake sure the vehicle that I reserved is actually there. I reserved a pick up truck and ended up with a cargo van as it was the only vehicle available at that location. Also your app is very slow and it took about 3 minutes to load the next steps.

Marcus MNobody was there I waited for 45 mins. Had to swap it to self rental. App crashed on me at the site when I was returning so I couldn’t return it. Had to call U-Haul 4 times that day and wasted almost 30 mins each time. Got hung up on twice by haul after waiting for someone to pick up. Absolutely pissed.
Daniel TIf the customer pays for things like a dolly and blankets, actually put them in the truck so they don’t have to pay twice at another location that is open.

GILPATRICK PApp gave me issues had to call to complete and I pushed button for safe move and roadside and unfortunately needed it and was told it was not purchased which is ridiculous why wouldn't I it's $5
