Bad rental! The check engine light was on there and back for 600 miles. The tire rods are so bad that the truck kept pulling left to right and the windshield wipers were so bad you couldn’t even use them. The truck needs to have maintenance before somebody gets hurt thank you.

Luis RIt took my almost an hour to get the lock off the back of the truck opened. I had a friend with me and neither of us were able to open the lock. Yes, we had the correct code. I called the number on the door for assistance. Nobody answered the phone, nor called me back when I left a message. I had to call the customer care center to make sure the code was correct. It was. I had to call someone else to come to the location tk get the lock to open! I requested a truck from Jacksonville. Of course, the day and time I went to pick it up, the woman said the people who were supposed to bring the truck back, didn’t. So I had to drive over 30 miles to pick up another truck.
