I have picked up from this location twice now. The first time, the key was left in the Infiniti on of the vehicle, not in the lock box, and my rented equipment (2 handtrucks and 2 dozen pads) was not with the truck. I had to drive to another location to pick up the equipment. This time, the Uhaul app and website took at least 30 minutes to get through the pickup process which is entirely too slow, and the lock to get in the key box was stuck closed. It took 3-5 mins of me prying on the thumb piece to finally get it open. And there is never anyone on site to help with issues like missing equipment or a faulty lock. I will not rent from this location again. It is a detriment to Uhaul's reputation.COLE B.

The app does not work at all with newer phones. My 5g phone was not working as it said I wasn't at the location but I was. My husband's older phone worked, but it took us thirty minutes to get it to work! And the entire time we were on hold with yall for help, never even talked to anyone. It was such an incredible, stressful hassle, and the truck was dirty. Not pleased at all. Especially since we had to change a one way to a round trip and wake up super early to drop it off well away from where our destination was.Christopher M.
Watch these guys. I rented the truck on Thursday and it should have been 79 cents per mile (this place charged me .99 cents per mile). I also put 61 miles on the truck and replaced the fuel with over 10 gallons (6 MPG) and the gas needle was showing fuller than when I picked up the truck and they still charged me another $19 bucks ( I assume that goes in the pocket of the guy checking the truck in). Take pictures of this stuff like I did so you can get Uhaul to refund these goofball charges.WILLIAM H.
