I had to sweep out the back and dust off the interior but it was in good condition.

To allow the customer to pick how they pay when paying. Hold the C.C. for reservations and deposits while allowing the customer to pay how they want . Once returned and properly parked , cleaned and on time release the C.C. and if not let the customer know card on file will be charged. This was a friendly location

Noone was there when I dropped it off so used key drop box. Have no clue why I was charged a fuel charge. It had a half tank when I got it and just over half tank when I dropped it off.

So after this experience I will NEVER use a u haul again in my life. Wednesday I reserved a 6x12 car hauler trailer at Steve's atv in Perla, Ar right outside of malvern and Thursday I get a call from u haul telling me they only have a box trailer in that size or I could drive all the way to Sheridan (like I did in December of 2023) to pick one up. So I informed (Tanya) that this trailer may or may not work, I'll just go pick it up Saturday and if it doesn't I'll return it. Saturday comes, I go pick it the trailer and inform Steve that it may not be big enough and if not then I'll let you know very soon, he tells me he's closing in 30 minutes and I say that's fine. I get the trailer home, of course it is big enough, so I can Steve Atv back and he proceeds to tell me he can't do anything about it and won't give a refund because I've left the yard with the trailer then tells me if I want to try to get a refund or exchange to call u haul. This is when Tanya (from u haul) tells me to unhook the trailer from my truck and leave it at my house since it won't be used and to just bring it back in the morning and she will put in her notes on my reservation that I didn't use the trailer so I can get a full refund. Sounds like a lie but I said whatever, so I borrowed my uncle's trailer for the day. This morning December 22, 2024 I return the trailer and as soon as Steve pulls up the first thing he tells me is " I hope you're not expecting a refund after you kept the trailer overnight". So without EVER being told by him or Tanya to return the trailer the day I picked it up, now that's become an issue that I didn't. So he expected me to return a trailer I've paid to use already and just hope to see a refund in my account in the morning? The trailer when I reserved it was only $30 but somehow when I went to rent the trailer the price was $60 and he tells me I'll get $18 back when I return the trailer?? I will be taking legal actions over this, this isn't the first time something like this has happened and it's not even because of the $60 it's the principle. We trust you to be a fair business and this is what we get in return

I was promised a truck in Little Rock, where we were staying with our daughter. The day before the scheduled pick up I was told they do not have a 10ft truck. Then we scheduled a pick up in Sherwood and were told the evening before that a truck would be ready in Sherwood at 4pm the day we wanted it. The day of pick up we were called again and told they do not have a 10ft truck in Sherwood. We were told we would have to travel about 30 miles south to Malvern to get a 10ft truck. This bait and switch (we were offered larger trucks at the same price) which we did not need or want was ridiculous and emotionally draining!

After hours evening drop off. Difficult to find, no apparent/visible Uhaul signage (other than Uhaul trucks out front) and little/no lighting in the parking area next to the office building making it tougher to take the required pictures of the truck for the after hours self-return procedure. Overall OK, just a little rougher than the couple dozen or so Uhaul businesses we’ve previously utilized in the past 30 years.

The store was locked up and no one present at the time of my pickup. I had to go to a different location and have my reservation changed. I received excellent service at the second location. The owner there told me my first location was always unmanned. I also called a number given to me on uhauls web sight, left a message and received no all back. No I would not recommend it to someone, I would warn them.

The place is just what I would have expected in the boonies. The man working there was nice and helpful. At least this place was able to service my needs since the place down the road didn’t have anyone there, nor received my reservation.

Filthy hole in the wall, truck had no gas and he was happy to send me to $3.59 a gallon right next door. Absolute 💩 hole!

The owner/operator smoked inside the whole time. Would be nice to not have to deal with cig smoke while checking in.

New U haul dealer, hewas just setting up his business. I think once he gets it set up the rentals / drop offs will be smoother.

The whole experience was great, the guy was very nice, I appreciate when people are generous, there’s too many rude people these days. Will definitely go to him if I ever need a U-Haul again.
