I was charged over twice what it was figured to be. I was told by UHaul it was $15 a day for a utility trailer and I rented it for eleven days. I paid $345 and then claimed I owed $6 after I returned it? It should’ve been $165!

Jeanine DThe only negative was that the website said the place opened at 8:00. We got there at 9:00 and it was closed. Sign on the door said it opened 10:00. Got there a little before 11:00 and door was locked. Called the number on the door and the person said they had gone to lunch and would get back in 15 minutes. I bulked a little at that and so he came right then. The website needs updated and someone needs to be there when they are open.

Jason FTruck was dirty, Brought that tot the attention of the Staff prior to leaving. The mileage was 100 miles off. odometer read 100 miles less than what was on the contract. They said they would amend the contract and fix it. Still waiting for it to be fixed.

This particular uhaul place has done this to me every time I go there. I’ve called into uhaul about it before and they do nothing. I rent a uhaul several times a week. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done. I want reimbursed my money for the insurance charge that I clicked no too.

Jeff MI would not recommend u-Haul to anyone. The fuel level on my receipt was not accurate. I was also charged a cleaning fee as well as a fuel surcharge. I put gas in the truck before returning it but was charged for fuel that it didn’t need. Do not rent from here!!!!

Tina TWhen renting a uhaul the contract should reflect actual miles on the truck and the amount of fuel in the truck. Neither were right and if I didn't catch it I would have been charged for 50 miles more and a almost 1/4 less gas than contract stated.

Barney KThe man working at the facility was helpful. I had accidentally chosen the mobile check in option. I had never done this before. He helped me to check in. He must have added the insurance that I originally waived. So I was charged $20 extra dollars for insurance- I didn’t want. The engine light was on from the moment I started up the truck. The truck ran terrible. It was all over the road. I had to use the emergency brake. Went to push the button to release it. It wouldn’t release. It cause this loud screaming noise. At the time the truck was full of furniture. Finally my husband was able to get it to release. We went to return the vehicle. It was in this dark parking lot. Taking pictures of the vehicle at 8 PM in the dark is not safe. I had already been ripped off by insurance, I didn’t want to be ripped off by some false claims. I took the pictures. I am Super disappointed. This will be the last time I use this company.
Stephanie TCharged gas fee and gas even though I refilled to same level it was at when picked up. Ended up paying 48 dollars because I didn't confirm gas level stated when picked up. Be sure to take pictures of gas level and force them to confirm before accepting truck! Rip Off!

Andrew PThe location I picked I wasn’t informed when I set up rental I put mobile pick up but when arrived it told me I had to go inside to pick up uhual app said place open at nine door said they opened at 10 my rental was at 10 and guy flew into lot at 10:05 then didn’t come out till 5-8 min later didn’t say nothing just had me confirm name and email give license sign electronic thing pointed at truck way in distance saying “it should be that one numbers not on key but it should be that” and left now before I got there I checked again my rental and seen I was looking at $25 plus mileage now after I’m finished and going to return all of the sudden some safe move was added to my order that I declined when I made rental reservation now when I showed up to return nobody was there and I was able to mobile do it but it asked me to take after pics when no before pics were took and not to be overly complainsive but there was a couple pieces of popcorn in back when I opened it to load furniture in and a lot of the front cab was dusty and stuff like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile some grass and dirt stuck in cracks type of deal just over all wasn’t impressed I use to get rentals at a actual uhual location but it has closed down
Joshua LThe truck was absolutely filthy inside and out. Check engine light and TPMS light were both on the entire trip. Checked the air pressure in the tires when I got it home and 3 of the 4 tires were dangerously overinflated and the other one was underinflated. Won’t ever use U-Haul again.

Austin KGet uhaul fixed. Gas gauge was broken so I got charged for gas even though I filled it completely full to where gas spilled out. Also didn’t charge myself for the $15 protection but still got charged.
Jade SI had requested a transit van, and was informed that they didn't have any left and I was given a truck. I didn't have time to find another location. Additionally, the check engine light was on, the check tire inflation light was on. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service.
WILLIAM VI dropped off and Steve said he’d take care of everything. Come to find out I was charged for 34 additional miles, but I only went to and from the locations I picked. I want a refund.

justiniano tI ended up having to keep the uhaul for 3 days and everyone was nice and understanding and very helpful except one guy when i called to extend it the last day. He was sort of cocky and rude. ( i dont hold that against everyone) But I would recommend uhaul to everyone I know. Thank you for a great experience. Have a wonderful day.
Michelle KTruck cab and bed were very dirty. Check engine light was on the whole time. Requested and paid for a furniture dolly and there was only a regular dolly in truck. Would not recommend !
