Refunding back the money that customers pay. When it’s needed, customers take pride in booking with U-Haul and then at the end of the trip if and when returned in an early manner, those fees that were unused should be refunded. It’s actually not fair to the customer to go over and beyond to ensure quickly turnaround when U-Haul decide to just not give that back in return. If that’s the case the ordering process should be totally different and changed to notify customers of that before they even purchase.
