JOHN MI ordered 2 dozen furniture pads and they were not included. Having these furniture pads was critical for my move. Since this was a mobile pick-up on Sunday, and the location was closed, I reached out to a U Haul rep on the phone to see what could be done. I was told that sometimes these smaller locations don't have these types of accessories... if that was the case, someone, somewhere along the line should have reached out to let me know furniture pads weren't available, I have been getting my trucks and furniture pads using the mobile app, on Sundays, from the Hillsboro location and have never had a problem. Hillsboro is an additional 20 to 25 miles out of my way but I would rather pay the extra miles and have things done correctly, with good communication. The U Haul rep tried calling two numbers that she had for the owners of this location but they both went to voicemail.

I also Found trash in cab, the engine manual drive system may need maintenance it was sounding like engine was revving way too high in several gears.

Michael MRegardless of the size of the truck rental, you MUST have cruise control and you ought to have for safety reasons automatic running lights. As another suggestion, Electric windows would be a great addition because Hand rolled up windows show that U-Haul is a pretty cheap truck provider!

Made sure everything worked and gave me a walk through on how everything worked and what to watch for as I traveled and used the unit. Then when the drop off place would not return calls or acknowledge that I was even there or had dropped off the trailer, Eric from the pick-up location helped me with my check in. You are very fortunate to have the folks you have in Whitney.

Roy ABoth the truck and the tow dolly had significant damage and it took an excessive amount of time to complete my pick-up even though I had completed the on-line check in. I also think the fuel level on pick-up may have been overstated.
Cullen DThis location would not explain what they were charging me for. He said I would get an email. Who allows people to charge their card without knowing what was the charges for?? I told the man if the truck wasn’t clean enough to tell me and I’d go clean it. He never answered and CHARGED ME THE CLEANING FEE. !! He also charged me for insurance when I told him I didn’t want it. MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE!
