All was great except that during a rain storm, the cargo area was leaking and got some of our furniture considerably wet. I was very pleased overall

I filled everything out on line. Debit card and all. When I got there to pick it up I basically had to start over. Had issues with the camera. Called for assistance. Never got a call back
Craig BAgain, nothing to do with the actual location; your application is terrible. I spent 20 minutes looking for the "orange" mailbox with "U-Haul" decal on it. After a call to support, we determine it is a black mail box. Why would you show me a picture of the orange box on the application? May I make a suggestion, make your application user friendly. If I am dropping off a vehicle, have a "Drop Off" button for me to press, that works. Update your pictures of the drop box to match the actual drop box.

RICHARD BTrailer turn signal did not work, safety chains too long and not adjustable. The trailer has absolutely no suspension and damaged my cargo from bouncing so bad.

Debbie EI reserved a U-Haul truck a month in advance for my move. The day before my reservation, I was informed that my pick-up location had been changed due to truck availability. Upon arriving at the new location on Hixson Pike at the scheduled time, I was told that my reserved truck had been given to someone else, and my reservation was cancelled without any prior notice. The original pick-up location (Pak Rat) then created a new reservation for me, but the truck was 24 miles away from where I was. When I arrived at that new location, the app wouldn’t allow me to pick up the truck despite it being a guaranteed reservation. It turned out U-Haul had double-booked the vehicle. I waited in the parking lot while another customer arrived, claiming the same truck. I spent over an hour on the phone with U-Haul trying to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was offered a $50 credit and allowed to use the truck. Unfortunately, I had movers waiting at my home for three hours, costing me additional money, all due to U-Haul's mishandling of my reservation.

Lysa AThis pickup location is a maintenance location. The tow dolly was equipped with US Balddy tires and the left tail light was taped in. I was concerned whether the tires would make the 850 mile trip but they did. The tail light was lost during the trip.

BOBBIE BWhen quoted a price on the trailer I felt it was quite high but what made it worse is she never told me the cost with taxes. when I looked at my checking account it was nearly $400 instead of $350 . still high for turning the trailer in less than 24 hours later.

FRANKIE LMake the pickup process easier and not require location services to be active on the phone. It was very difficult to get picked up and took us 30 minutes to get going.
John GThere is only one employee in the office. She was not there when I wanted to return the trailer I rented. The office was locked and there was no one to help me detach the trailer. U-haul redirected me to another location for drop-off. This took extra time and I was trying to leave for a trip out of town. Very inconvenient.
