MARK S.Great Location! Friendly Staff! Truck was dirty and check engine light was on when we picked it up and the person that helped us told us to drive it anyway with the light on. These things should be addressed before people rent them so no unexpected repairs happen while renting the truck.

You'd think for over $700 to use a trailer, the lights would work and someone appropriately strong would be available to disconnect the trailer.

Dennis R.Getting code on email was difficult because they never completed the contract. I was told couldn't get truck before 9 am. Also contract was not complete. I got truck loaded truck wascalled back to dealer cause they didn't have my drivers license or credit card so I had to drive back 25 miles to give dealer Information. Which I came in the day before I was to get truck to confirm Information. I was very upset cause itmade delays in my leaving.

Bryan V.During drop off the reps told me to drop the trailer out back where other trailers were located. Neither one of the people walked out to check the trailer in or verify there was no damage to trailer. Made me feel as though they did not care.

tammy K.The process to pick up the rental before hours was too complicated and stressful. Someone should go over what the client will be asked to do when attempting this process. I ended up In tears. Send a detailed explanation of what they will be asked to do. It was a very upsetting experience.
Linda Y.Well the truck died on me so I called the drop off location and asked what to do. They instructed me to leave it where it was and call the 1-800 number. I had all of the insurance and safe travel add insurance and still got an up charge for the truck dyeing on me. I will never use U haul again! What good is the insurance if you are going to get up charged anyway.
Kevin K.Customer service was not good. The man seemed bothered by having to hook up the trailer. I had chosen a drop of location and he switched it. Said I could change it later. No I could not, the other location have another customer coming for the trailer so I had to return to the location he picked.

Kevin W.Right side marker light was out on the trailer, damage to the right rear of the fender that looked to be dangerously close to the tire, trailer was very wobbly when unloaded and only got worse after loading. Tires looked like they were worn out passenger car tires, not trailer tires. I've rented many auto transports and tow dollies from uhaul and have had nothing but good things to say. I guess this time I just got the least taken care of equipment. I have nothing bad to say against the location, they were prompt, friendly and professional.
