They open at 9:00 AM . Is treaki to return after hours. They didn't have nothing to cover. It show on the website but when you get there they may not have it

Hari bWas charged for fuel even though was dropped off with a full tank. Have pictures to prove. Was charged a $25 cleaning fee for not folding 3 blankets that I assumed were suppose to be washed after each customer before repacking. Other blankets I left folded because they were unused and didn’t want them mixed up. Horrible U-Haul location. My last time I ever rent from there and will make sure to steer anyone I know away from that location as well.
Matthew DPlease update the trucks to have Bluetooth and aux. Please update the trucks to have back in Camara. Please update the trucks so the can be push start and the knobs can be turned for parking and reverse.
BRIAN RI would have recommended them but now I’m still waiting for my refund for the $150 deposit you have to make to hold the truck. It’s an inconvenience because I need my money now I’m waiting for 3 business days for me to get that back.
Jennifer SHad to wait for almost 45 mins for somebody to show. Phones goes straight to voicemail. Had to clean the inside of some normal dirt or threaten to be charged a fee. Very rude customer service.
ROBERTO RCustomer service was not good. At all. The guy didn't tell me to check email nor text to before I left nor when I returned. I had to figure out the check in and the return. Other than that truck also needs alignment...

SALVADOR MPlease,please,please let the next customer know that this location is horrible,they want you to put 150 dollars deposit. I have always used uhaul and never ever had this mad experience!!!I was livid,why so high a deposit,how you know I have 150 dollars on my a opuntia account to let you keep until Tuesday, mind you today is Saturday, thats crazy! I truly hated this experience with this location.Uhaul itself was gracious but this location is horrible,that man is rude and not business material sorry.This 150 deposit make Uhaul look bad,only location that does this bs!!!

ANDERSON AI was told one amount from the call center and got there and was told another amount.what should have taken one visit ended up with two visits. 1780 .00 for one trip is a lot 570oles.plus dolly 95.00 then given a truck that had been on a wreak and got blamed for that then having to unload my truck and reload the other truck by myself I was so behind on my schedule so no I don't recommend this place
SAMUEL CThe location the uhall was at the guy told me I shouldn't leave my motorcycle there "it's not a safe Neighborhood and your motorcycle would be stolen." He told me to "load it in the truck and there's no ramp". I struggled to load my motorcycle by myself because he would not help. Inside the truck was full of dog food. Then the back door would not open once I loaded it with my stuff and I had too call for assistance to get it open.

IVAN CGot hit with a phantom 25 dollar cleaning fee on my receipt? I cleaned somebody else’s trash (cups, socks, ziplock bags etc.) out of that trailer BEFORE I USED IT and left it clean. The manager told me I had to pay a new $2 reprocessing fee when I asked why the quote didn’t match online. He also never said anything about a cleaning fee. He was closed on Sunday when I dropped the trailer off A DAY EARLY. Means I overpaid by ~$55. I have 6 young adult kids and nieces/nephews in college that I move all the time. I will be using Penske from here on out!

HOJUAND GFind a different location to go to. Rented the truck, then immediately stoped by a gas station to fuel up. Put in $25.40 and by the time we got home the truck was leaking gas on the driveway. Called them up for a replacement and at first recommended me if there is a closer location to go there, went back and they had a replacement ready for me but not without give me a hard time on trying to tell me that there is no gas leak. Next day we get a text from the manager taking a picture of the floor saying there was no gas leak, to which my response was, did you check the fuel gauge because it was almost empty when i gave it back, did you even try putting fuel in to test it out? I understand that this a random thing that happened, but why I won’t recommend this place is the incompetence and lack of responsibility that the MANAGER had to check each vehicle before renting them out, that’s the guarantee from the company right? Everybody deserves better than how these two treat people so do yourself a favor a drive a little further to have a better experience.

raymond DRavi went out of his way to get me help when my driver and mover guy walkout on me. As a 75 yr old senior I panick. Thank God for the two wonderful and professional men he called to help me. Excellent, Caring Service.

Enilson FThe truck heavily pulled to the right. Staff was unfriendly/cold at pick up and there was an emergency where I needed to take my father to the hospital at the end of the rental. I asked if they could prorate the rate for a few hours or just give a little wiggle room and the employee over the phone yelled at me that they don’t work with the hospital and if it’s late it’s late by a full day. It was a rough move and very difficult and this place made it worse.

Tamara STruck we were given was old and worn. Did not end up using as during check, the engine light was on. They did replace it with a brand new
KIM AThe vehicle provided was old and not clean. The door could not closed properly. I needed to slam the door in order for it to close. Vehicle was provided with barely had any gas until I was on the highway and the gas light came on. I was told that the vehicle had half of tank of gas. I had to turned back to find a gas station in hope that I do not stop on the highway. After dropping off vehicle, the consultant mentioned it is my responsibility to check to see if there is gas in the vehicle and not theirs. This was my worse experience in renting a vehicle from U-hall.

gabriella sYes my experience with the location I picked up .was not helpful in any way .with dolly lhe equipment was in poor maintenance. And the people who rented to me where not people friendly. And not helpful. It's way all about money. I wasted time trying to get the straps free from dooly wasted time. It should have been ready for me to put on my car .the man wanted $40 to do it .but did it my self .but the pully crank was need of oil or something to make easy to work with. Equipment had alot of RUST NO I wouldn't recommend to a friend. THANKS.
