for starters, i was given a dirty van and then they tried to charge me a cleaning fee when i did not even use the back of the van.When i called and complained about the cleaning fee, the agent advised me that he would credit back the $20 but never did it on the call because i changed my mind about renting again with them on the call.(When I initially called in, I advised the agent that I would need another truck this weekend to finish moving but, when he kept hanging up on me and being rude to me, i told him i would reserve elsewhere and now, I still have yet to receive my refund of $20 for the cleaning fee. Also, when i went in to return the van the location was not open and I was advised to drop the key in the box but the drop box had been vandalized and broken open - overall just a very bad experience.

The service was not good, the vehicle was delivered to me dirty and then they wanted to charge me to clean it. The people they serve did not have a good attitude and were not friendly.

This company needs to check equipement before renting. There was a little trash in the back of the truck (paper and a water top). Also damage at top of truck and not tagged, mileage was incorrect by over 4,000, key drop was nowhere in site, and I had to call a number besides uhaul to try to notify where the key drop off was. I was charged for 2.5 gallons of gas after drop off after we returned it to EXACTLY where we received it! BE VERY WEARY AND CAUTIOUS WHEN RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION!

The vehicle front end was problematic.The steering was very loose, and subsequently was part of the reason for poor gas mileage. However the vehicle did appear clean.

This is the second time I rented from this location. The staff are professional and super friendly. I like the convenience of the location. Easy pick and drop off. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this was not the location I was supposed to drop off at. Speedway Auto was my drop off location. The guy there "Mike" was rude and said he would not take the truck back. When asked why he said he wasn't taking any uhauls back any more. When I asked for help he said call cooperate if I need help. I called another location and they said he should take the truck but he wouldn't.

Spent too long onthe phone trying to check trailer back in, very difficult procedure. I dropped off trailer and was instructed to go back to the lot as Gary(on the phone) told me that GPS tracking had to be at the lot. I was told later that was for trucks only and I had a trailer.I wanted to have it there on that Sunday as I would not have been able to drop it off the next day before 1 o'clock.

The worst experience ever. The owner screamed at me. Trying to over charge my card. Did not gave me receipts till after a summit a complaint. Owner was very verbally aggressive. Not a safe truck and not a safe place to rent at all.

Tow Dolly works just as it should. No complaints. I would suggest lube the spring-loaded ramp retaining pins. Securing the ramps is awkward enough without having hard-to-pull pins too. The ratchets that secure the tire straps could also use attention as well as lube. Everything else was good. Service was quick. I recommend.

1. I brought the trailer I had rented 2 hours later than I was supposed t, and was charged for an entire day instead of 2 hours. 2. Every time I rent a trailer from you, I have to fix something every single time. Why do I have to pump the tires and fix the dent in wheel wing so it does not touch the wheel (which is not safe) and providers are aware of these problems (I had mentioned it, but no one seemed to care) to stay safe on the road? Isn’t it supposed to be a part of provided service? If something happens on the road, whose responsibility is it? Following that, I am a little concerned... If you are charging me for the entire day, why does the service you provide does not match at all basic safety requirements?

The drop off location needs more street visibility and some type of uniform clearly indicating the attendant as a U Haul employee would be a nice touch. However the attendant was very kind and courteous

My original request was to pick up the truck rental at 7:30am and it was changed at the last moment, making me travel from one location to another. Also, the location closing hours are too early, not convenient at all.

Get your pricing systems to communicate with eachother. What should have been an easy process took alot of time over multiple days and I was over charged. Service at this location was also slow and my actual reservation when it was recreated was also inaccurate, causing additional charges on the back end. Will never be using U-Haul again.

It was 97 degrees today and the A/C did not work in the truck. It was the most horrible two hours. The truck was reported as not functioning but still placed in lot for future renting

That's a location reservation was cancelled had to go to a different location 6 miles away got a truck from that location truck cab was filthy 6440 Old Winter Garden Road will never use it again

The customer service at the time of the return was horrible. I will never visit this location again. I also will not recommend it to anyone. The representative was very rude and also made an attempt to over charge me. This is certainly not good customer service.

The problem was not this location. The problem was that I had to drive 20 miles out of my way because a truck was not available at the location where I needed and reserved it plenty of days ahead and the truck did not go faster than 50 miles per hour.
