The truck was very dirty inside with lots of dirt and debris especially in the attic part. The cabin was dirty with coffee type spills on the steering wheel and seat.

Mobile device pick-up process took almost 30min. TERRIBLE.

It was not the location's fault, but as I was trying to check in on my mobile device (since the store was closed on Sunday and to also avoid being exposed to the spread of covid-19) the site completely crashed so I could not find out how to get the keys to the vehicle. I then called customer service, sat on hold for 30 minutes. When someone finally answered she said “yeah everyone's experiencing that, hold on” and then put me back on hold for 15 minutes. Luckily someone from the location showed up and was able to help me while I was still on hold.

The approval process was less than desirable. I had opted to do mobile pick up. I understand steps need to be taken but the agent doing my approval process was not paying attention to information. I provided an alternate contact and was told that I provided myself even though the first name was different as was the number, even though similar to mine. I then had to provide another contact even though my initial entry was contacted AND HUNG UP ON. Thankfully I had budgeted extra time but this pushed back my plans by a half hour when I had people waiting for me. Precision helps with efficiency. The location was great otherwise and the nice gentleman who helped me return the truck was kind and efficient. If I ever need a truck again I'd be happy to use this location but do an in person pick up.

I reserved a van, when I got there, I was told it was broke down. He gave me a truck that wasn't working properly and tried to charge me more for the mileage until I stood up to him. He took a picture of my license with his cell phone. He was unprofessional.

Uhaul is a Ripe off. I'm a regular customer and the prices just keep going up that's it for me. Home depot or Lowe's for now on, y'all just lost a valuable customer, y'all not even giving discounts during these trying times and to a dedicated customer. This will be my last time renting uhaul you all are thieves!!

Presentation was very different from the actually Uhaul store front. This location was based out of a granite and cabinet shop. The gentleman was all over the place. Unlike the store front which is ready upon your arrival. I even had to unhook the equipment after I was finished. Not checking out of no sorts. I'll stick to the store front from here on out. Thank you.

Not charge $70 for a $19.99 uhaul and just pick extra up charges for me I didn't pick certain things that I was charged for

My Internet did not allow me to return the truck online. I did put the key in the key box and park the truck but I had to wait till I had Internet to complete the return, which you have to be at the physical rental place or it will not proceed to let you fill out the return nor complete it. Maybe you can provide a Wi-Fi for customer to complete the return after business hours.

The truck was dirty with empty soda cans. I had to call road side service because I got pulled by the cops because the light was blown. (Only got a warning ) on top of that my reservation for December was canceled because the truck wasn't available at the location for the time I needed when I booked on a GAURANTEE and didnt even receive a by kind of discount

for starters, i was given a dirty van and then they tried to charge me a cleaning fee when i did not even use the back of the van.When i called and complained about the cleaning fee, the agent advised me that he would credit back the $20 but never did it on the call because i changed my mind about renting again with them on the call.(When I initially called in, I advised the agent that I would need another truck this weekend to finish moving but, when he kept hanging up on me and being rude to me, i told him i would reserve elsewhere and now, I still have yet to receive my refund of $20 for the cleaning fee. Also, when i went in to return the van the location was not open and I was advised to drop the key in the box but the drop box had been vandalized and broken open - overall just a very bad experience.

This company needs to check equipement before renting. There was a little trash in the back of the truck (paper and a water top). Also damage at top of truck and not tagged, mileage was incorrect by over 4,000, key drop was nowhere in site, and I had to call a number besides uhaul to try to notify where the key drop off was. I was charged for 2.5 gallons of gas after drop off after we returned it to EXACTLY where we received it! BE VERY WEARY AND CAUTIOUS WHEN RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION!
