I don't this location should be utilized at all for supplying U-haul vehicles. This pickup location is not in an area where I'd want to be, and frankly it was a little scary. The building was not at all professional, and there were many loiterers hanging around the building and parking lot. And to top it off, not one staff member inside was wearing a mask. The truck was dirty and not well taken care of of. Would never ever recommend this pickup location, I think U-haul should stop offering this place altogether.

The drop off location was in a very bad part of town. Thugs were hanging around store, very uncomfortable for a single female. The owner of the store was super sweet and polite. He needs a new location it's in a very bad area

Order a 10 feet truck wasn't available, was given a 15 and 20 brake wasn't working well, end up with 26 feet like if I was moving a house instead of a 1 bedroom apartment

I was very frustrated with this location. I rented a specific size based on my need, they wait until l show up to say it wasn't available. I purchased insurance, even though l only needed it for one day, l had to pay a two day minimum. They they did not give me sufficient mileage and l had to pay an additional $11 for that. Never, ever would l recommend uhaul to anyone.

The man helping me here was fantastic. I rented a 10 foot truck, started to load it, and realized I needed the next size up. I called and was told no worries, come back with the 10 foot truck, and had a 15 foot truck ready for me, no extra charge. Great customer service. Thanks very much.

Absolutely horrible move. Due to the truck not having a ramp. I was not notified that the truck did not have one. Very displeased at the amount of extra work it took because of not having a ramp

Close the location I picked up from , I have a concealed carry permit and I don't worry about any where I go , but the location I had to pick the truck up from was in a very bad part of town and will never use that location ever again and I will be sure to tell others how dangerous it was and how uncomfortable we felt going there

Cancel this location it is unsafe and was harassed.. The man then identified himself in the dark as an employee and was drinking beer our of a brown paper bag.

This location was an unmarked convenience store. It was not a uhaul location. I was very uncomfortable providing my information to this person in an undesirable location. There was no prior indication that this was not a uhaul location.

Didnt have the size truck we ordered, however the employee did help us find a deal on 1 size up. First person we dealt with was very nice. We recieved a scratched and dented vehicle and it only had 1/4 tank of gas. But the first guy did let us borrow the hand truck for free The second person we delt with didnt want to give us any credit for the extra gas we paid for and left in the truck (we brought it back at 1/2 a tank) but wanted to charge us extra in miles. In the end, i put my foot down n refused to pay and the guy i guess wrote it off but had a rude attitude about it. We were an hour past 24 hours in returning the truck and he told us we should be grateful we didnt get charged another full day. I did call and inform them we would be 1 hour late returning the truck and was told it was fine. All in all, it was inexpensive but i feel they really need to do better with their attitudes towards customers. I would've paid the extra charges fine if the second guy, who claimed to be the manager, at least had a customer service attitude and gave us something for the gas we left, which was worth about the same amount as the extra miles. He told us that us bringing it back with more gas didnt matter and that they dont give you anything for it, but boy would they charge you if you didn't bring it back with the same amount of gas as when you took it!

Truck was not ready on time .. 8:30 as time set online truck was delivered by 110 am cost me $400 for the helpers moving on my house waiting on my house .. Sign online for 12 hours only give me 6 ..time was counting since 8 30 am .company want to charge me a other day because return a 5 PM , truck was return on the 6 hours time the supposedly sign online ..very poor experience. Never recomend anybody set online..

Truck inside was dirty and smelled like weed i couldnt let my son ride along Also something was wrong with the key that goes into the ignition had a hard time getting it to turn very disappointed I tried to call you home multiple times to speak to them regarding the issues no response back $86 that I owe actually should be taken care of by Uhaul for the inconvenience and the smell of driving around a vehicle that smells like drug paraphernalia

The size truck I reserved was not there, but the associate provided me the next size up at the price I was quoted. He handled the situation well, and I am grateful, but the truck was hard to maneuver when in use. Accuracy would be appreciated on the web site.

arrived to pick up equipment, reserved weeks ahead of time, and no trucks were available. waited over an hour to be sent to another location, 25 miles out of our way, had to m=pay mileage on this distance. We have used Uhaul for many moves in the past...VERY disappointed in this experience.

This location hours of operation are very accommodating. They were the only location in the Fort Meyers area open after 5pm. They are open until 10pm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for being so accommodating! Very much appreciated.

Trucks where beat up and insides dirty. No blankets or any other items inside that you could usually rent. The person I dealt with was polite and professional though, so that was a plus

I have rented so many uhauls over the years I cannot believe my experience this time. This was the worst experience I have ever had from the place I rented to the vehicle itself . I rented this truck to tow a boat from fort Myers to St. Petersburg Florida approximately 100 miles. I picked up the truck engine light on , trailer lights didn't work, the engine was in 5 rpm The whole way without shifting, there was no gas cap which made me keep having to stop and get gas over and over. I told man at the fort Meyers store these things and all he said is you should be fine. I was petrified the whole way as a single woman doing this alone. I return the next day to St. Petersburg and the person there accused me of hitting something. That was it. I literally through up my hands and left. This whole deal was completely unprofessional and I believe you should be more careful of where and who you are letting represent you. I believe I should get my whole rental money refunded. El establecimiento no disponía de variedad, solo tenía un solo vehiculo y de tamaño grande. Lo tenté por 3 horas y me pareció muy costoso, fueron 58$ de renta y 15$ de combustible = 73$ por 3 horas me parece que es demasiado dinero por 3 horas y yo solo necesitaba mover un colchón.

Half of the Blankets were wet, location pick up in a bad area, people were hanging around in front of store. Location we were suppose to pick up at was in a better area and closer for us. No one was there, so we had to drive to other location.Someone was suppose to be there!

It was a great experience. The gentleman that helped me were very knowledgeable and informative. I was able to change my pick up time by just a phone call, because I was stuck in traffic on the other coast of Florida. I am a small business owner myself. I was impressed with their customer service. And I was able to return my truck later then other Uhaul facilities are open. Thanks again.

Truck smelled and the check engine light was on, the oil light was on,,,ran like junk and AC did not work. Moving pads were in shopping cart balled up together. When I returned them I was told they all have to be folded but thats not how i received them....I was told at last minute to go to another place to pick up uhaul and it was on the other side of town. I was told then to just put a little less gas in the truck upon return and then the return place charged me. The return place charged me 35 dollars for 3 gallons of gas then,.

There was no trailer tongue dismount -no help loading trailer. We had to lift the whole trailer up by hand to get it on the hitch- really heavy 2 axel trailer- bad- very bad neighborhood-

The truck leaked and all my boxes were soaked on the bottom by the time we arrived to our house. We were only going across town. About 30 minutes away. After one trip we decided to turn the truck back in. A very expensive trip!

Hard to find which store had uhaul. It's a convenience store. Man was helpful and process was easy. No help with undoing trailer but not a problem for me.

I originally chose a different pick up location but received a phone call to pick up at the location. Typical for U Haul as this has happened to me where I am redirected against my original agreement. This place was horrible. The attendant never left the desk to attach the trailer. He just gave me the papers and pointed to the door

i don't understand the purpose of the reservation system when everything I requested was changed without my approval and was not notified until the day prior. Not the truck size, not the pick up location, not the time. Only the date applied. When picking up the truck, there were 3 trucks onsite of the size I requested yet was denied access as one had to stay onsite, one was reserved and no reason given for the 3rd. I did ask to have the one reserved since I had one reserved and said perhaps they would like the "free upgrade" but was told I had to take the large 20 ft truck. This caused additional expense consuming more gas than the smaller truck and from having way too much empty space in the truck and caused items to move around way too much. I did not have a good way to secure the items in such a big truck. I would have much preferred a smaller truck. I also had to pay more in gas since the pick up location was further away than I requested. My father was a UHaul manager and would have never allowed this poor customer service.

I filed a complaint against the drop off location and am still waiting on a call back from anyone!! This shows me that uhual does not care who represents them as long as they make a quick dollar. If this is the case then I will no longer be doing business with uhaul

If you see my comments in the first section, the team at this location had the nerve to charge us a $25 service fee for not mopping the truck. There was nothing to mop. This is a complete joke, and I feel like they took advantage of my wife's unfamiliarity with the contract. I would like a $25 refund for the service fee, and a $100 refund for a reverse service fee after I was forced to lose 2.5 hours of our move. The $100 amount is based on a discounted rate for my hourly value.
