I wanted my drop off location to be at 7803 North Orange Blossom Trail, I even gave a business card of that location to the Stop and Go Food mart Cleark, they agreed, then I picked up the truck. About two hours later I received a text from Uhaul that my drop off location to be in Eustis, which was about an hour drive for me onway, means two hours drive for round trip. I was disappointed, and irritated, then I called the main line and they helped me resolved that issue. So, I am not sure who changed my drop off location, was it Stop and Go or the Uhaul system?! Other than that everything went well. Price was resonable, compare to the everything is sky high expensive. On May 26 I noticed that my address on the receit read wrong, 154 NE 207th Ave belongs to Cross City, not in Eustis, but whomever rented me the truck from Chiefland back in N0vember 2023, mistyped the address. So, I called your CSR Line and they told me its not a big deal, next time I rent any truck from you then fix the issues. Stop and Go could have update my 5410 Cinderlane Address, I handed my current DL to her, but some how they wanted to check me out fast so they could take the next customer they neglected to update my address on your file. Just wanted to share...all together, everything went well, we made it safe, and returned your truck safely as well. Thank You.

The ac was broken in the uhaul we rented. It is summer in Florida. Even with the windows down the temperatures were unbearable. We ended up returning the truck two hours early due to this issue and mind you we only rented it for four hours. Not only that but the place we rented from did not even have the correct equipment we paid for
Alexander KThe truck inspection process is flawed at this location (I believe). The folks who worked with me on the rental and return were friendly and helpful. I checked most everything including the AC before leaving the facility, but I neglected to check around after starting the engine. The drivers side low beam was not working. Had to drive with highbeams. The AC failed somewhere along the way. I trust the rental facility people communicated this to the inspection and repair group, but I cannot vouch for that as I picked up the truck with the light not working.
RANDY BNot only did they send us to a location at first that had no uhauls, but they sent us to a new location that was an absolutely disgusting gas station, it smelled like straight dog piss in there, and on top of that I had to call roadside assistance because the key wouldn’t come out of the ignition or go in it, it was a ten minute struggle every time I tried to either turn on the engine or even take the key out it was ridiculous. As well as the back of the van/truck being covered in dirt so the mattress and carpet I had to put back there got dirty.

Leslie FThe facility was not clean. The facility was dirty and had a foul odor. The store clerk was not friendly and unprepared for pick-up or drop-off. The cab of the truck was not clean. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I did not feel safe at the location.
NORMAN RI couldn’t return the trailer at the site I told the dealer. I was unable to reach them by phone numerous time so I took it to pell City which was the next closet. I’m getting charged 47dollars because of that. I never mentioned Mumford and that was supposed to be the drop off point. The charge is crap and I shouldn’t be charged. I won’t be using U-Haul again and will put this experience on social media. Not happy at all since I took it back a day early.

Jack Zhard to find. Convenience store, more of store and less of a Uhaul rundown parking lot. Upon return, young female at the store had no way at checking to assist. Receipt was email at later time.
Roberto QI was given an out of state trailer with an in town contract. I gave the woman the reservation and they gave me the wrong contract. Now U-Haul wants to charge me for their issue that they caused. I was originally told that it was a $170 charge because of their mishap. But they keep trying to take $290 out of my account. If you can’t get the stores to do the paperwork correctly then they don’t need to have U-Haul trailers at there store. I’m being screwed for this now.
Jeremy NThe location was convenient because it was close to my house. The location is not the cleanest but I only needed to drop off my trailer. The person working did not offer a receipt or explain right away that one would be emailed to me so I was a little concerned at first. All they told us was to just leave it outside. It wasn't until I went back in and asked questions that I was told I would be emailed a receipt.
