If I order online for a tandem axle and charged for it, and I get a single axle, why I'm still charged for a tandem axle? Then, when I picked up "a trailer", I was asked again for another tow safe insurance. I took it, because I thought I missed that part. After the return, I looked up what I actually ordered and stick to that. Now my invoice is a bit higher now, and the trailer did its job. So, I like to get rid of this, but will think twice to recommend things like this.

felioocia wTeach other Uhaul staff better customer service. To strive to resolve problems, issues, complaints and work diligently to please your customers. Without that I will personally never use Uhaul again if I can help it! But the gentleman there is hawkinsville was extremely caring and helpful!!
Stacy BReservations seem to be only a “suggestion” - I originally made a reservation to be picked up in Cordele and ended up being sent to Warwick (20 miles away) to be told “we ain’t got no trucks - we’re supposed to be closed anyway - you’ll need to call the corporate office” - which I did and after being transferred several times I talked to Heather in customer service who was very helpful - however I ended up having to drive 50 more miles to Hawkinsville to pick up my “reservation”. They were wonderful there! Then comes the drop off! I can literally see a U-Haul dealer from where we are unloading the truck but I was sent across town (15 miles/25 minutes) to turn the truck in. Get it together U-Haul! Very bad experience all around!
Richard GThis was the second time in two weeks I've used this neighborhood dealer due to it being the only closest one with the equipment I required: 5x9 Utility Trailer with Gate. Again, the use of the U-Haul website for online scheduling was excellent and so user-friendly. The U-Haul neighborhood dealer - Miss Kay - while single-handedly tending to both the U-Haul business and the Stop-N-Go convenience store, went above and beyond to facilitate customer care. We were able to go through the entire process via her cell phone with the only action I had to take was signing the contract with my finger on her phone. Pickup and turn-in were extremely easy with absolutely no hassle! I highly recommend and would not hesitate to employ both U-Haul and the Stop-N-Go pickup/drop off location in Hawkinsville, GA.
Glenn CI recently used U-Haul’s rental service for a 24-hour period of use of a 5x9 Utility Trailer with Ramp for transporting a zero-turn mower for maintenance approximately 45 miles away. Unfortunately, the U-Haul neighborhood dealer nearest to me did not have the trailer I needed available, thus necessitating employing the next closest one 15 miles away. This rental experience was outstanding. Logging into U-Haul’s user-friendly website, I was able not only to locate the exact trailer needed close to me, but also to schedule pickup and drop off date and time. The U-Haul neighborhood dealer from which I rented the trailer was integrated with a local convenience store. Because I had used U-Haul’s online service for scheduling, there were no reams of paperwork to plow through. The entire process of check-in and checkout was managed via the dealer’s cell phone. From the moment I walked into the store, the young lady staffing both the store counter and dealership by herself greeted me with warmth and professionalism. She patiently guided me through the process, ensuring I understood all the features and rental terms. The rental process was smooth and efficient as the only action I had to take was using my finger to sign my name on the contract on her cell phone. I was, of course, texted a completed copy of the contract to maintain on my cell phone. Her clear communication and reliable service truly made a difference. The trailer itself was in first-rate condition, making my moving day much less stressful, and was returned in like condition the next day. I’m grateful for the high level of customer care provided by this U-Haul neighborhood dealer, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a hassle-free rental experience.
Glenn CGive a helping hand!
Bob Rit was hard to understand the guy behind the counter. The bumper on the front was hanging down and I took pictures of it and we told him he said not to mind it. The vehicle was just fine otherwise and the drop off location was great.
Sonya WThey were very easy to work with. We had to keep it longer than scheduled.

Luke oMy call back my Danielle Jenkins was very disappointing and unacceptable.
Pam HI was told to turn in the trailer at 6:00pm the following day. I turned the trailer in at 5:00pm and was charged a $30 late fee. I looked back at the contract and could not find the turn in time.
Donald RI pulled up to the gas pump, talked with the clerk, he found my information and I was told my mileage was over but I don't agree because of having to go get the dolly at the different location.
Brian WThe location is accessible, but the challenge I encountered was the lack of knowledge about process from the person at location. She was attentive but unfamiliar with the process made it lengthy and confusing. It was my first time using this service, and I did not know I was to inspect the unit. She did not say anything either. I asked if there was anything I needed to do, and she said no. I received a text with a link to do the inspection myself, but I was not told I would receive a link, so by the time I noticed it, I was already gone from the location. Another frustration was that I went over the mileage limit. I do not understand how that happened because I drove from the pick-up place to my home, then from my house to downtown to move the items I needed, then went to drop off the truck. It cost me an additional $74.70. At least, it was a lesson learned for the future if I ever need to use U-Haul again.
