The reservation was mixed up 12 hour rental instead of 24 hour rental, caused threats from U-haul about being a n violation of the contract.
CHRISTI SI returned the truck wrong location half tank gas right location call me two days later saying I dropped off wrong location went back got the truck now it was on quarter now you wanted to charge me additional 68 on gas refunded only 58. Wasn't please .also when I dropped the truck off I video maintenance guy at the wrong location in the truck. Fishy
DONYIA AThe additional fees and taxes were not clearly explained when reserving the truck. There was no dolly, and it was not explained there would be an additional charge to request one. (A dolly should be standard for a moving vehicle.) The positive thing I can say about this experience is that the truck itself was clean and well maintained, and I can say the person who gave me the keys to the rental was very kind.
