Music was blaring on external speakers for the building. The vehicle was clean however it was very basic. No phone connection, no cab insulation - very loud road noise. Drive belt squealed entire trip.

Picking up the Vehicle was not easy; no one was available at the location and using the App to pick up the vehicle (in the Rain) was not easy at all. What should have taken 1 minute took about 20 minutes or more. Then there were no pads in the vehicle that I had requested and because there was no one to talk to about this at the location I had to move furniture without pads; thus causing damage to furniture. Also, the vehicle was not fit for duty. The passenger door hardly operated because it was in an accident, whomever parked the vehicle at this location parked it directly into the back of a tree; causing damage to the tree and probably killing it. The vehicle was old and noisy to top it all off. Despite all this it did get me from point A to B, so it worked...I'm not sure how much longer this vehicle will work and I am sure it will break down on some poor sole in the near future if it is not serviced or removed from service ASAP.

Let people know up front that a vehicle can be picked up anytime using the website features. Stop the app from creating incorrect pickup times. Create a reminder feature. Automated.Callback or email/text message
