Charged me $150 for a hand cart they said was missing, when three people helping me move watched that hand cart be clicked into place on the truck. This location stole $150 from me. They said “they’d cut me a deal” and offered to drop it to $60, however, at this point, this location is one I will never use nor recommend again!!
Cristi HI was double charged, & now my bank account is negative $82. I am extremely upset about this, & it needs to be taken care of ASAP!! I don’t know if they just didn’t think I’d notice, or if it were just due to negligence on U-Haul’s end. I expect a full refund of the overcharge, as well as covering the negative balance in my bank account, and distress, that Uhaul has single-handedly caused. No good review coming from me. Unprofessional & negligent.

Danial HThe place was closed we had to file paperwork online but it would not let us enter the secondary phone number for verification. It took me over 2hours before your customer service fixed the problem on the internet. We also didn’t get the dolly. I received a text message from uhaul to say a $12.00 refund for the dolly is being sent in the next few days. Your agent told nothing about the business would be closed and we would need to apply online. I worked for uhaul and have years of customer service. I was an absolute nightmare

Joshua WThe lady who helped my husband initially was quite nice and helpful. We were not allowed to keep it for the 24 hrs we needed it. We returned it over an hour early from their requested time and she was snarky and snappy and downright nasty. Because we had to go quite a ways in the opposite direction to get the truck, our mileage was reduced to $.99 per mile. She told my husband she wouldn't honor that because they were just a small business, despite U-Haul corporate indicated they would. Hmmm. not my best experience with U-Haul. More than likely won't use this location again.

Isaiah MThe door is always locked to the business and the guys said he wasn't going to charge us for the utility dolly because they didn't have an appliance dolly. He said he was going to tell the Manger. The next day I asked the manager about to confirm. She stated she knew nothing about it and that's not how they do business. So she charged me and they went against their word. Very unprofessional and the manager became very rude when I was telling her about the dolly situation.

keith hThe online check-in is absolutely ridiculous. If it works smoothly I am sure it is great, but when it doesn't, like what happened to me, it is an absolute nightmare! When another human being cannot check me in and help me pick up my truck there is a huge problem. It took me nearly two hours at the location to fix online issues (the check-in process) and I feel that is unacceptable. I will not use Uhaul again.
christopher dWas charged for gasoline when I returned it just as full as I got it. Their really isn’t a specified drop box for after hours and not a number to call to put the keys somewhere. Therefore I dropped the keys in the box for the storage
JOHN JMy rental experience was a mess, but the nice lady at this location went above and beyond to help. My pickup location was changed, my drivers license wouldnt upload, she made a phone call and fixed me up within minutes. Kudos to this location
Steve WIf your business doesn't close until 4pm, do not shut down your computers until 4pm. We arrived 6 minutes before closing (not realizing they closed at 4pm) and the lady turned us away. We were told to do the online drop off. This location doesn't offer WiFi and it's in a terrible location for phone reception. It took us over 30 min and a lot of retaking photos because there was no reception in the area. The lady could have helped us as the business wasn't closed. I hate when people are snots like that. Over priced and crappy customer service.

Jeff HWe parked the truck where the attendant told us to when we returned it. I received a call that it was blocking a key pad and they charged me $50 on my bill to move it. I’m so pissed. I’ve been a uhual customer for over 20 years. I followed instructions and was charged $50 extra.

The location was fine. Uhaul was difficult to work with. I was called multiple times for the same reason, and one of the Uhaul representatives said if i was not exactly on time then my rental would go to someone else. I will never use Uhaul again.
