Todd RI would recommend that everyone look over their receipt to make sure you aren’t getting overcharged for fuel. When I dropped off the vehicle I had filled it past the full mark and they charged me for fuel and put the fill line under the full mark. They did get the miles correct though.
BILLIE CThe truck had not been sweeped before we got it, so we had to clean up the last family’s mess to avoid the no sweeping fee. Otherwise my experience was convenient and user friendly.

I don’t think people moving should have to waste their time figuring out how not to get charged for all the little extra insurance options and get them added anyway😡 I reserved a dolly that was not in my truck. But apparently if I have time now I can find one available somewhere else. Ridiculous

Dana sIt was chaotic with the storage unit entrance and the house connected, meaning too little space for all the cars coming and going. Also I was charged double on my credit card for what I should have been charged. A refund was processed when I returned the truck but is not available to me immediately. I have to wait 3-5 business days. That was money I needed through the weekend for my move. It put me in a predicament, causing a hardship.

Vicky GAgent was not very friendly. Truck was not pulled out, key lock was confusing as I had never used a lock like that. He was short and not at all personable. I also have 2 storage units there and other agents have been very friendly. Maybe he was grumpy because he had to shovel snow?

Timothy MWe were never sent our email and text with information on how to pick up our truck . We arrived at the location (on a holiday so the office was closed), and there wasn’t a sign or a place on the website, text, or email to help us know where to find the information. We spent 15 minutes looking, and by then had missed our check in window! Luckily we were able to get someone on the phone who did a great job helping us get things figured out, but the mishap that lead to a lack of communication up front caused a LOT of undue stress!
Steven VI never received the furniture dolly that I paid for. I thought it was going to be secured in the back of the truck but it was not. I picked it up after hours so I paid an extra $10 for something that I didn't use. I also had to pay for time that I did not use the truck. I had estimated longer time just to err on the side of caution. Therefore they charged me for this full amount and not the time that the truck was actually in my possession. Picking up after hours was time consuming and complicated due to having to have another person answer the phone. I was not warned of this in advance so I did not know to have a friend/family member available to answer the phone for me. This was a big headache.

Arthur NThe padlock was really hard to use and I had to go back to the store for assistance. I did not feel like I got the guidance needed when returning the truck, I was not told at drop off that I would be charged an extra $15 for them to turn the truck the opposite direction in the parking space. I had a lot of issues with this uhaul experience and I likely will not use again after this. It was very frustrating overall. Joe was nice and very friendly but I was not at all pleased with the fee for turning the truck around without any warning. I would have happily done that had he said something something I handed him the keys in person. I was also extremely frustrated to have to go back to the location more than once for assistance.

robert kThe man at Stor It was great, the truck was fine, and your software is a joke. First, it took forever to load the software, then you wanted a photo of my driver's license--but that didn't work. Checking it should have taken a couple of minutes, but it took almost 20 minutes because of your software. That's pathetic.

Gordon MThis location is supposed to be accessed through key code, as in the keys are kept in a box with a code. Supposed to be easy to access and return. No code was given to me for pick up or return. I was forced to ask the storage place owner to find the code for me and open the key code box. Very frustrating to have to do this both times.
