J TDownload the app it is very user friendly. Do not be intimidated by it. I have rented from this location several times and have never been disappointed with the trucks and equipment and the staff are so kind and very helpful.

Kathleen remembered me from when I came in 2019 to use their trucks, which is so amazing to me that she has that kind of memory. I wouldn’t go anywhere except this location if I can help it!

Don't go to another location. Come to the Hall Road location and speak to the owners. They really will help you get the beat deal and the easiest move possible.

eric mStor Room Shelf Storage is very clean it’s the best u-haul store I’ve ever been at. Kathy & Kathleen are most accommodating with your needs, helpful & very friendly. Their interior furnishings in the store are pleasantly comfortable & cozy, everything is nicely organized. I would highly recommend their store to anyone that needs a truck 👍😊

The woman that waited on us was courteous, personable, very qualified and funny! The box truck we rented was maintained well and very clean! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Rodney Lterrible experience. uhaul was dirty and had a check engine light. Also returned the truck a hair below 1/4 tank and got charged $60 for “6 gallons of gas” plus a refueling fee. make that make sense? terrible, horrible staff and the truck was a piece of junk.
