A little disappointed that my truck was not available at the location that I had reserved it at over 3 weeks ago,, could have ridden a bike there, Had to go nearly 8 miles to a different location, which I was charged extra miles for,,, seems like some adjustment might have been made,,,

Sharon WIf you want me to take a certain route so that I won't go over on the mileage you calculate, you need to give me a map of the route you want me to take. Or at least speak to me about the route you want me to take. Otherwise I am going to travel the route I think is best, i.e. traffic conditions and road condition etc.
