Mark CIt was not easy to navigate as the place looked deserted and no proper signage to show where to park or the office. I ended up dropping the track and trailer at the same location only to receive a call later that the trailer was not supposed to be dropped there. It would have helped if there was someone to check at the entrance. Hopefully the caller was able to help put the trailer in the right place.

Kimberly RYour website had this location incorrectly listed as being available for 24/7 drop-off, so when I arrived on a Sunday evening, the location was closed, the gates all locked, and no key-drop facility anywhere in sight. It must have happened to at least one other person as well, because when I arrived, another U-Haul truck had been already left out in the street — heaven knows what they did with their key. It all worked out in the end due to the kind efforts of the location's owner.
Steven BMy drop off destination in Salem was closed. Luckily there was a construction person leaving that allowed me into the gate. No drop box for the keys. No after hours contact. And no answer the following weekday. Very poorly managed drop off in Salem oregon.
Travis RTo be honest, the pickup location was fairly new and just getting started. I think once they offer some supplies and get more business, they will be a great location. Despite that, they serves us well.
Kelley TThe location is closed on weekends. They have an automatic gate that was closed. Fortunately, one of their customers happened to be leaving while I was trying to get in. Then there was no obvious place where I was supposed to leave the truck since there were no other trucks there. Their office was closed and locked, and there was no key drop box. I had to call U-Haul customer service to figure out what to do. The first person I spoke to didn't know what to do, so she transferred me to a representative who told me to leave the keys under the driver's seat. I did that, but then had to climb over their gate in order to get out.
