Real problem was the difficulty of online pick up. Your system is terrible, not intuitive, I had to rein out things over and over. Terrible.

No jack stand on 6x12 covered tailer. Won't be using Uhaul again. Location experience was good. Uhaul equipment is unsafe.

Using the U-Haul app to return the rental trailer after hours was a disaster...it took nearly one hour to reach U-Haul Customer Assistance to resolve the issue. Bottom line: my experience dealing with the on site staff when picking up the trailer was excellent....whereas using the on-line app was an exercise in frustration
