Would gladly use this facility again with no hesitation. Will be recommending this to friends and family who are also in need of storage. Staff was very pleasant always and very accommodating.

This is a great place and the staff was very nice and helpful. However... Before we moved our stuff in I was very pleased to be told that they prorate by the day, so with that being said it never occurred to me that they wouldn’t prorate at the end of the term. We paid rent as usual on the first day of the month not knowing what day our home would be finished. Turned out we could move in on the 4th day of the month, but when checking out of the storage facility we were told we would not get a refund on the rent for our two storage units except for the initial deposit. It was a bit of a shock. I carefully looked at their website to see if I had missed this detail but couldn’t find any mention of having to pay a full month’s charges at move out. This experience was very disappointing. I feel they should be clear about that important detail at move-in and emphasize it on their website so clients don’t feel deceived like I did.

Rachel was very pleasing to work with. The only problem we had is we had filled out all the info online so we would have to spend minimal time in the office and received a confirmation email but she had to reenter all of the info (not her fault but one of the online process). Important that you get this fixed. We spent 25 minutes in the office.

Need to have trailer wiring adapters available to customers when renting trailers. I thought I was prepared. But the trailers use a 4way flat. It is a new location, so I'm assuming they will get more uhaul supplies for their rentals.
