Have the correct location on maps platform so that people aren’t arriving at a church. Storage by the Sea doesn’t exist, and there are no instructions on how to get into the gate once you find the location. I felt like I was finding Waldo. I also had to call customer service in order to get the gate open. I know everyone has different reasons for moving, but I was already stressed from this move so this instance made things way more stressful than it needed to be.
