U haul app is very poor, when you try typing key pad covers and one cannot see what is entered, mobile delivery sucks, option to select another location to drop was completely misleading

Nancy Lsome kind of POS or wifi access for after-hours check out will be great. Because the mobile signal was too weak in this area, I had to wait for several minutes to checkout using the app.
Sankaran HTruck had 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. I had to stop before even loading the truck and guess how much gas I would need. I ended up leaving more gas in it than before pickup, then I was told the was no reimbursement for the extra gas. It is unacceptable that there would be so little gas in a truck at pickup. Very inconvenient, very unacceptable!

GARY DNothing. It is a moving truck. If the manager tried to fix the door handle I would not have had the truck to use. So it may not have been maintained but it did the job. A thank you to the manager.
Seth NOnce I figured out the mobile app it was very convenient. However the cargo area of the trucks were not locked and it looked like someone had opened the packing blankets and slept in the truck.

Ben JUhaul should focus on their inventory and should confirm if all the equipment ordered is available at a given facility. I have submitted a reservation for Utility dolly and furniture dolly. The reservation is submitted but actually the equipment is not available. It is very inconvenient for the user to know that the equipment ordered is not available at the time of picking up the truck. With little to no notice I had to plan my things alternatively. Also, Uhaul should fix the iPhone login errors as I am not able to login and facing with incorrect password although same credentials work when you access the site through a laptop.
PRASHANTH KLower prices and better availability in regards with the trucks and specially VANS. Prices per miles are extremely high! Otherwise the location that we rented was very clean and convenient, Thank you Paul.

Susan BThis is t a regular full service uhaul. Not a big deal except the truck is stored behind a gate and you must be there during hours when people are in the office. The not a full tank at pick up was annoying and difficult to return the truck at the “same amount”. Good people at facility and a good truck. Just a few unknown unclear things with rental. Also there was not a “furniture dolly” as requested and rented so I had to go buy one. Again not a big deal but cut into renal utilization time.

Gloria WWe could not find the site with our GPS. Had to both call and drive around the area and waste time before we finally found it. Our GPS took us to a dead end drive?
Kirk WYour app does NOT work on a Google pixel phone. It was awful trying to get it to function. Thank goodness we had a friend nearby with an iphone.

Kristie MThe Lacey U Haul at the Custer location in McKinney, TX cheated me. They charged 3 days instead of 1. A Mr. BRADY stated that the price difference would be refunded and never did. Go somewhere else if you must rent from U Haul to move. Inever will.

James MIt was a challenge to get the manager. The call center wanted a lot of I for sales purposes and when I gave my telephone number it took 2 hours for me to get the call
Pritesh PThe after-hours return process was more labor-intensive than we were led to believe. It took about 20 minutes to complete after a very long and stressful (and hot) day.
BARBRA MLocation did not work for return, was not because of my settings. Cost me lots s of time. Verification of equipment condition link did not work, expired on second rental. Lock was cut, unusable.

JAYA PI returned the rental with the same amount of fuel and was charge an additional 3 gallons. I specially told the agent at the location i retuned with the same amount and she decided to charge anyway. I was also charged 14.00 for the safe coverage which Was not part of my reservation. I called to ask about the final charges and nothing was mentioned about the fuel charge. Disappointing I have to call back to ensure the charges were correct!

Joe HOverall, good experience. My only comment is not so much related to this location but with the online experience. It seems that some of the things you have to do at pickup (via smart phone) e.g. photos of yourself and driver's license, can done prior to pick up. You end up wasting time doing that when you are trying to get the truck.
Carlos CMy ins agent told me I was covered for any damage to the rental but I felt forced into paying extra for your coverage due to the threat of charging my card immediately for any damage up to the full cost of the truck. That feels like extortion and it’s wrong.
Laura Hmileage rates seemed to be very high.
LAWRENCE BFuel tank capacity is no where easy to see. (I now see it on my receipt but couldn’t find the capacity while I was trying to replace used fuel) there’s a bunch of stickers all over the dash. Add capacity to one of those stickers. It’s crappy that the fuel gauge doesn’t move with the key on (engine off) to see how full it is while refueling. I put over 1/2 tank of unused fuel back in the truck. Complete waste of $30

Anita OThe equipment was dirty both on the exterior and interior of the cab. In these days of COVID 19 there is no way a truck interior cab should be nothing less than spotless and sanitized.

Walter WVery happy with the service we received ( the truck rental). We also have a storage unit. The premises are clean and air conditioned. Highly recommend this facility if you have storage or moving needs.
