Nicholas SLocation doesn't have a key drop-off, no parking for trucks (almost at all), and no signage to understand where to go or what to do besides one small label at the bottom of the entrance door. Which has a QR code that just brings you to the FAQ screen for homedepot.

Thomas CI was impressed with the low prices of their moving supplies. I first there to rent a van for my move, then decided to rent a storage unit from their facility because i liked the location, how clean, friendly & professional the staff treated me. When i saw their stock of moving supplies, (boxes, bubble wrap, etc) i told myself that i should’ve shopped around for better prices & not assume that Walmart is going to have the best prices on everything.

Jorge LThe engine light turned on the truck as we were on the way to our destination a long way ahead…when I called and asked if we can get reimbursed we were told only if the truck actually broke down or if we had to call roadside assistance. That is ridiculous, that we’d be stuck on the side of the road in the dark for who knows how long until we got the help. Not very professional

Lori PRented two trailers from Tim Turner in New Port Richey and he coordinated the truck rental from Storage Center. I'll be using U-Haul in the future. Oh yes, I rented a local trailer from U-Haul on Old 54 in NPR for some local stuff!
Larry DLower the price per mile .. budget is half as much we already pay for the truck and pay for the gas that's used... I think a dollar a mile is a little excessive.. unless the truck is free and you're paying just For Miles but since you already paying for the truck then have to pay for miles on top of that it's not a deal

HOLLI LI loved my Uhaul experience. JODY WAS AMAZING AT THE PORT RICHEY location. I cannot say enough good things. The truck ran smooth, clean. Almost brand new. If i ever have a need for uhaul again, i will be most definitely using them again..

The older guy needs to be a little more understanding of people with disabilities and physical limitations he did assist but had an attitude about it. The woman was very helpful and understanding and even behind the safety face mask I could see her smile and tone of voice was very compassionate

JUAN MMake sure the gas tank is filled to the appropriate level before giving the truck to me and charging me extra. I want my money back for the charge with gas. It was at a quarter of a tank when I found it. So I filled what I used to a quarter tank. Plus the lady was rude to me.

Shannon KPlan on getting double charged on your credit card. Even though the initial authorization was for more than the total rental, they charged the final bill separately. My reservation was for 5pm, and even though it was 5:30 by the time I got the keys, I had to have it back by 5:00pm the next day. Not only that, I rode by 2 other Uhaul agents on the way to this one, and another 3 were not on the route but closer (and had adequate parking, this location was in a strip mall with signs all around the office warning not to park returned trucks near the office, so I had to park at the other end of the strip mall)- at 99 cents a mile they can rack up quite a little profit by sending renters to a dealer just a little further away. So all-in-all, I paid an extra half hour+ of driving and $10 or so in unnecessary mileage, had to rush to get it back earlier than the 24 hours I paid for, and have an extra $50+ tied up on my credit card for a few days. Oh, and the dolly and furniture blankets they leave in the truck were a huge hassle, taking up much needed space- I didn't want them, I have my own, so they were only in the way. And of course if I had cut the seals to take them out and leave them behind, I would have been charged for using them.

GARRATON SWindshield wipers needed to be replace badly. Trick was not full of fuel 3/4 tank.
Douglas GThe truck had a very strong and bad odor to it. It ran like it had a few mechanical issues wrong but it got the job done. Would not rent from this location again.

THOMAS MThe truck was old. Alignment was terrible. Also, seat belt for the drivers side was difficult to unlatch. Incredibly dusty in the cab. The back of the truck was fine and clean. It’s not so much the location but I think uHaul needs to put this truck out of commission. A few years past it’s prime. Not entirely happy with the truck with this rental.
