Overall, great experience, just one thing, I didn't like the storage center customer service representative taking my license pictures for verification!! Don't know if he used a company phone or personal phone, but there can so many other ways to verify a customer's identity than taking pictures via a phone. Please fo something about this.

The Vehicle was in a terrible state. The inside looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Even still had cigarette butts on the floor. The alignment is terrible, I spent the whole drive counter steering it and the alternator/battery are in need of replacement, the headlights were flashing the whole time I drove at night....

I ordered online and included a dolly in my order. When I got to the location, I was told U-Haul doesn't send dollies to independent dealers. Then why give the option online?

The location was fine but I ordered a 15' truck weeks in advance only to find that my initial pickup location of 68 Millwick Drive was closed and had no trucks available. I was then sent to the 190 Carrier Drive location, and I asked the scheduling office representative if they had a 15' truck. I was told that they would have on available. When I got to the location, the only truck available was a 10' truck. This experience delayed me by an hour and a half, I barely was able to use the truck as it was much smaller than what I had planned for, I almost ran out of time with the freight elevator and in the future, I will no longer be using UHaul for my moving needs.
