KHRIS FI asked for the insurance incase something happened, flat tire, whatever might happen. I though she added it. The uhaul got stuck in a mud puddle and the $7 plan not being added cost me $100! I told her to add it! She didn't print out my paperwork! I'm scared now that I'll be screwed over, in other ways because this whole thing was crazy! She told me do it one way even though I drove to Wichita. I had to drive back to deliver it, why? Shady! This whole thing was shady!

Michael WThe manager must have been busy with something else and the “new guy” as he described himself was not able to help so he got my name and # submitted. I got a call from corporate, they were very helpful. I got everything set and when I picked it up the manager was there and helped me get the trailer attacked and on my way very easy. When I got to my destination I didn’t know where to drop it off so I called back to original destination to ask for help and again the “new guy” couldn’t help me. He did give me an 800# to call and They vwere very helpful! Overalll, good experience!
Steve JI was supposed to pick up my truck @ 9'30 on the day of the rental. I didn't get out of there until an hour later. Then receive an email reminding me of my 4:30 drop off time. Really?!? Y'all ate into an hour of my time!! Then I returned the truck with only having used 6 of the 24 furniture blankets I reserved and was still charged for all 24 of them. I've moved 38 times and never had worse service or been charged for blankets I never even opened!!

JULIE EThe lady who helped me at the Storage City location in El Dorado, KS was phenomenal. Very caring and informative. The main thing that upset me was I was quoted $59 total online and was charged more than twice that for “mileage”. When I get a quote I expect the price to be close to that price. I feel I was lied to. I will not be using Uhaul again because of this and will be informing my family/friends the online quote is less than half the true price. Also, I feel that Uhaul should charge people for exactly as much gas as they use and not have to try and match what the truck had in it. Just another way we’re taken advantage of. Again, I was quoted $59 total online and paid $115 plus gas. I have screenshots of original quotes that are supposed to include all taxes and fees at a total of $59.
