Rodents ate my spark plug wires and air sensor wires. It will cost a lot of money to fix the problem. I would not use this facility again.

Lots of weeds growing through the rock bed that should be removed or prevented. Otherwise all good. Plenty of maneuvering room, secure and easy access via keypad system. Quick and efficient customer phone service and reasonable price

Great place. I was there for many years and through different owners. This last owner was fine and the automatic gate was fabulous. So nice to have almost 24 hours access. The only reason I moved out was that I got a seasonal camping spot that allows winter storage.

Great space , for camper , RV , car or truck yo store. I rented a spot in the back of the building nice wide spots !!!! That’s one thing I loved about this space !!! Not only that but the price !! Can’t beat it !!!

Was a customer there for many years. Once the new owner took over she was rude, very unprofessional and would not allow me to gain my access code or meet me at the facility to get my camper out. I stated many many times I had a camping trip and need to get it out and she laughed and said I needed to give 48 hour notice to have someone open the gate. MIND you no one ever told us the facility was sold and these new rude owners took over. I will never recommend this place to anyone

I paid my rent 5 months in advanced. I was a day late to mail the second payment. You sent a letter basically saying pay up or your out. I don't need to be treated like that. The letter also included an increase in the storage fee of $50.00. I was not contacted about any increase in the charges, not very smart. That was double the cost I was paying. the facility is now almost empty compared to before you bought the place, I wonder why?

Horrible communication, took over facility with no regard for existing customers. Changed terms without notice. Hide behind answering service, and refuse to resolve issues. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I have rented a unit at this location for 7 years until the new owner, Storage Depot took over. I tried to communicate with them by phone or email and they don't bother to respond. They never bothered to inform clients that they were new owners. They trippled the rent without notifying clients, refused to give us a lease in writing, and started charging a late fee that was 15% of the monthly rent that was imposed on the 3rd day of the month. Sorry, but take your Illinois based management style back to Illinois. I moved my trailer to a different location.
