The mobile check in was difficult.

We dropped off at night. So there was no personnel, but that was expected. The lighting was not the best, so it was hard to see the signs and drop box for the U-Haul parking and key drop off. But during the day, there would be no problems. Good location overall. The app was easy to use for drop off.
