Area is too small to park vehicles. Upon arriving at the parking location there were already 3 U-Haul box trucks parked leaving little to no space in the area. The location is next to small businesses and blocks parking spots and with no separation as to where the vehicles can be placed “legally” it led to an altercation with two members of a small business located at the premises due to the truck blocking their “customer parking” (4 other spots open and no signage indicating assigned business spots). We moved our vehicle upon the their request; however, it blocked an entrance/exit for the small lot (small business owners stated that this was legal and okay; Tax Services business). Parking lot needs to be expanded or moved to prevent future aggressive confrontations with small business owners when we were just trying to park our truck legally without blocking entrances/exits for the location.
