No answers to phone calls over 2 days. No one present at location. No communication from the location for 2 days after return, but instead an email from Uhaul with charges greater than I was told by the original return site. I don't know why Uhaul changed the return location, or why the 5+ emails and texts listed 2 different return locations. Overall, this central was a disaster.

Not given correct information for the U-Haul I rented and then needed to keep an extra day and was unable to pay online and then couldn’t get in touch w anyone at the office and then we charged all these extra fees. Worst experience ever with U-Haul.
