I would start with firing Londi as a customer service rep. She was extremely disrespectful to my sister when she called to make sure she'd be in contact with her just in case I did not return the truck. She had an attitude with her that was completely unacceptable and not ok. I have been in customer service for 13 years and would never have talked to someone the way she did my sister. Not ok. The woman that helped me from the location was amazing and so kind, got me my truck asap and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely do business with you guys again :) amazing! Just not Londi. The clerk told us that the truck was full of gas and to bring it back full when in fact it was not full and we later discovered that we only needed to bring it back as full as it was when we got it. We ended up spending close to $30 extra on gas as a result. The truck was clean and in good working order.Joshua S.

When I had my 4Runner inspected there was an issue with the lights on the trailer not working. I was at the shop on Chinden and Kendra was super cool, she came out and fixed the wiring and got all of it working. She was a pleasure to work with.Jim M.

I am allergic to the scented candles in the lobby and couldn't go inside the building. The attendant came outside to do the transaction so I wouldn't have to go inside. I thought it was very kind of her to do that. She met me outside when I returned too.Sharon C.

I was given a discount to drop off the equipment at a location in Rexbug, ID which was 28 miles from my preferred drop-off location on Broadway, Idaho Falls. When I arrived to drop off the equipment in Rexburg, I was told by the associate there that I need to drop off the equipment at my preferred location at Broadway, Idaho Falls, and if I didn't take the trailer back to the Broadway location in Idaho Falls, I would be charged more. And when I called the uhaul customer service number to try and sort things out, the est. wait time to speak with someone was 60 minutes! I tried the â€œinstantâ€ messaging on the website, and it said someone would be with me in 35 min.! Unbelievably poor organization and customer service. Simply the worst. I drove the equipment ( trailer) to the Broadway location, did the online checkout, and I'm crossing my fingers that I don't get charged more for doing what I was told. No one knows what's going on it's a complete joke.Scott W.

My only complaint is that I had to drive 6 miles further than the location I originally booked after U-Haul changed my reservation this incurring additional cost to myself for your company's change. Other than that it was a good experience.Boyd L.

The truck center console was dirty. The light in the cab didn't work. The parking lot hadn't been plowed and was very slick. My wife fell in the snow. The whole experience was horrible. Your after hours sign in process is a joke too.Cassandra F.

The worst experience every. I reserved a 26' uhual and a tow dolly. I called acouple days before pick up date to move my pick up date on the 26' uhual up one day earlier. The lady I spoke with informed me that the uhual wasn't even available at the place they told me to pick it up at. She found a different place that had the uhual, so that was fine. Uhual then sends me a txt with the info on where to pic up the tow dolly. I go to that location and there is no dolly for me to pick up, so I had to call them and was informed that my new location to pick it up is across town now. Through out this process, I spoke with multiple people to make sure that my drop of location would be where I requested because when I first did the reservation, they asked if I would be willing to drop it off in a whole different state than I was moving to and that the would gi e me $80 off my bill. I told them that wouldn't work for me. After picking up the uhual, I noticed the drop off location had an area codeine the state they originally wanted me to take it to. So I called and spoke with them to make sure that the drop of location was where I originally asked for, they reassured me it was. After getting to my location, I called to add an extra date on my rental. At that time she informed me that I couldn't drop off at the location tat was stated in my contract and that I would have to drive an hour and a half(3hrs rud trip) to drop off the equipment. After explaining to the lady that I had spoken to 3 different people through out this process and they all assured me that my drop of location was where I requested, she tells me, that none of those uhual employees have the authority to decide that and that she is the person that decides where to drop off equipment and that I must take it 1.5 hrs away to drop it off. After dropping the uhual off, the guy who helped me, was very nice. He apologized and was understanding because from what he told me, that uhual does this to a lot of people, often. I will never do buisness with this company again, as they fill its ok to break their contract but expect you to hold up to the contract.Steven W.

The alignment was slightly off, the truck pulled to the right. There was a rock chip in the windshield, not sure if it had been taken care of previously. Was very clean considering, I just think that the well maintained part of the question posed earlier needed to be touched on because of the windshield and alignment. The 24/7 pick-up option is great. While it's a little time-consuming, it was great to be able to pick up and drop off when the location was closed.Tschelle R.

The instruction on the website stated to click a link when you've arrived. It then prompted for a username and password I never created. So I chose the forgot password and used once my email address, and then my phone number. That password validation came hours after I returned the truck. So when I arrived I ended up going to the front office where I was helped kindly by the women working. Very easy and smooth interaction and transaction. Returning the rental was equally commendable. Very professional. The uhaul web portal needs some QA work.Jeremy B.
