Please lubricant the locks, especially the lock on box #2.

For starters, the map took me to the wrong place, both places were next to each other. Ended up calling and didn’t really help. Once I realized was wrong place, got to the new place and the lock on the box did not open easily. Had to get manager to open it for me. Once getting into the truck, there was less then a 1/4 tank of fuel, truck looked like it went through a war, gas cap message was on and couldn’t get it fixed, engine light was on, and not clean in the truck.

Very disappointed the truck floor was really dirty from previous user it was never cleaned and stained 2 of my Couches will have to have them professionally shampooed to get the stains out not Happy at all truck could’ve been cleaned it looks like nobody examined the truck before leasing it out again

I requested to rent a dolly and another item and none of it was in the truck for me. It definitely ruined our moving experience and made it more difficult.

It was the first time renting a Uhaul truck. Keith was very helpful and patient with us. We sincerely appreciate him. The truck was clean and easy to drive. The passenger seat belt would not losen up no matter how much we pulled on it so the passenger did not use the seat belt. There was no problem even if the belt did not work.

Get better locks on your lockbox. I spent an hour in 115° weather trying to unlock that lock to get the key. It was ridiculous.

The check out process is not user friendly. If you need to go back and change something you are required to start ALL over again with the several photos that need to be taken in order to check out.

Honestly I only drove 26mi and when I had to fill it back up, it was $30... I noticed that when I got the rental, the gas was at the FULL LINE, but when I filled it back up, it went well past the FULL LINE. So no one even filled it back up after last time. Also, my truck was not ready at the location I was originally to pick up at. The person never brought it back so I had customer service help us out with another rental. He was amazing and helped us out very fast! Overall not a bad experience but having the truck not there and $30 of gas wasn't right

The wrong vehicle was left out for us causing us to run an hour behind, the check engine light was on, tire was low and only one door shut all the way.

Truck shouldn’t have been used for long distance. Driver door would shake, not close and seal up so very windy and loud. Headlights very dim and pointed straight down so hard to see road at night. Truck rode really bumpy.

The vehicle was dirty and pretty beat up.. shocks were horrible.. definitely need to upgrade this vehicle
