Slow checkin on mobile app always take them 15-20 minutes to get me checked in and charging a dollar per mile is outrageous and false advertisement when you’re thinking you got the truck for advertising price

Denise SI was renting a one way uhaul from Florida to Texas. The girl told me it was $1200. for 5 days but would be less if I returned it in 2 to 3 days. SO THEREFORE I rushed the trip and returned it in two days. BUT i was charged the WHOLE amount . When I called to ask why they said it was a flat rate no matter how many days. So the original girl in florida LIED to me. That is extremely unprofessional and I will NEVER use UHAUL again. DO BETTER!
lara bAll my boxes were either wet or had fallen apart. I even took photos to show… I had to purchase 4 different size boxes to replace the ones that were damaged.. water from the rain some how had puddle of water down on the floor. Some were worse than others however they are gotten wet..my experience was bad .
Laura MVery disappointed in the service at this location. We reserved the truck and some blankets on August 29. The gentlemen at the desk didn't tell me there were no blankets available until I walked in at 10:00 am on Saturday, Sep. 2. He had the keys waiting for me on the counter. So he knew well ahead of time. He tried to blame it on Uhaul by saying, 'Sometimes Uhaul reserves things I don't have.' He could have at least called me to let me know he didn't have blankets available. He had several days to do that. So we had to find another location that was open (on Labor Day weekend) and get some blankets. We had to drive a total of 60 miles round trip to return the blankets and get back home. I do not plan on ever renting again from this location. Very disappointed in his nonchalant attitude toward proper customer service.
