I had a damaged car on transport and no one was available to talk to about it. I bought insurance but the drop off was a self serve drop off. Car I was hauling was damage on the trip. Insurance was not helpful

I am extremely disappointed with my service, my reservation was messed up and changed twice, the second time being not even 12 hours before my reservation, and I was changed from college station to madisonville, which I expressed was an extreme inconvenience to me, and asked multiple times that I not be charged for the mileage from college station to madisonville since we had to pick up so far away due to UHAULS mistake, which in return I was told someone would call me back, twice, no one ever returned our calls so we submitted an issue when prompted to pay, and we’re just met with an itemized receipt being emailed, all I asked for was that we be credited for the 84 extra miles we had to travel to pick up and drop off the U-Haul due to the multiple mistakes made with our reservation, customer service was rude and not at all helpful, I am more than willing to pay for the 164 miles we did use for our move, but I refuse to pay for the extra 84 miles we had to use because of UHAULS multiple mistakes, I will not be making a payment to our bill until this is resolved.

It was raining so he didn’t want to hook up the trailer till it stopped raining. So we were going to see if we could move the reservation to college station. The lady there said rain should not be an issue. Fortunately one of your district managers called and got it fixed. Then the guy there asked if I had called in saying he refused to hook up the trailer. Pretty aggressively. Completely unprofessional

They were very nice and check in was very easy. (maybe get a portable jack to help with removing trailers from hitches)
