They were very nice and on top of what I needed. Upgraded us from a 15' to a 20' and made or move much easier. Would have been a 5 star if the inside of the cab was clean. We drove from Tyler TX to Tulsa OK and ran into very heavy storms in Tulsa area. The truck box did leak in several places. Not a flood but it did get several of our items wet.
TOMMY TOpen the trailer and it had lots of strink wrap in the back and had to clean it up.

JERRY CThis is the second time I have used this location to rent a moving truck. The man at the counter is about as uninterested as one can be to provide simple customer service. Also, both times, we requested moving blankets and when we tried to verify that the blankets were in the truck he informed they didn’t have any. We needed the blankets for the move but did not have time to get any since he didn’t feel the need to reach out prior to us picking up the truck.

jeff tCustomer Service was excellent even with the set backs that happened from other U-haul places at first, and the confusion of where my truck was dropped off as it changed after I left from reservering the 26th ft truck, since that other location was on vacation,,I would not of been able to pick it up,,Josh was very helpful when I called him on what I now saw on the app. He did all he could to try to get that truck back to his location. Then when ai came to pick up right on time at 2:30pm, your servers went down,I had to wait while Milinda or was it Melody, she was so sweet! After waiting a bit, she made many phone calls to figure out how to help me get my truck. There were no answers on must of the calls, she then spoke to someone who said, all servers were down. Then she called Josh,,Josh came to the rescue again helped her do this temporarily. Thank you Josh! The 26 footer seemed to shimmy once it hit close to 40 and up to before 50, I thought I didn't take off the parking brake all the way or something, until I reach 50 it cleared up, but if I dropped back down it did it again, I then wondered if it was a bad tire. Maybe it could just be that type of truck as I only drove 24 footers before and it was a Chevy not a Ford. I was able to move out for the most part the heavy things and get the truck back in time that evening as it was reserved for the morning for someone else.

Alexander BThis is by far my most favorite location in Tyler, the only times I don’t use this location is if they are booked out or to far away from my location I’m going to. Otherwise they are always my go to location. Employees are always friendly and make sure I’m taken care of
KAYLA EThe truck was dirty on the outside, the cab was dirty and covered in dog hair, sticky something spilled everywhere, and smelled badly of pot. The back of the truck had shoes, a table, and lots of other garbage and broken bottles in it. After leaving their parking lot the ramp slid out while driving down a busy road. I had to put it back in in the middle of a busy road, this was very dangerous. I'm EXTREMELY unhappy with this experience. I want to be contacted by a U-Haul representative ASAP.
MATTHEW SUhaul was missing 1/4 tank of gas, location was informed and agreed. I accidently filled it up upon returning location was unwilling to reimburse me. Also location told me wrong return time and i was charged an extra rental day plus insurance for their mistake. I would never rent from the location or a Uhaul "van" again
JAMES WWas not able to access the U Haul at the original pick up time of the U -Hual. A representative had to be called. We hoped the 24/7 service would be no problem but it appeared to be so.

ANGELIQUE RThe truck wasn’t actually clean on the inside. There were leaves and debris in between the bucket seats. We did Love the fact that the truck was already parked in front of the office ready to go. So that made checking out so much faster. The gentleman that checked us out and in was very nice and helpful. We’ve used this facility twice and will be back if needed in the future.

ADRIANNE TI don't have much to say. It was closed when I dropped off the equipment.
Robert ETruck was in VERY poor condition and we tried to have our contract transferred to another facility. When that fell through because of a corporate phone call, this place refunded the money without asking what we wanted to do first. Now we have to wait another week to move and I’m still waiting on a call confirming my refund for the movers I hired that did nothing.
JOSEPH HThere was an issue during driving through a torrential downpour - water came pouring in through an overhead trim piece and was running down the seatbelts.

JIMMY AMy complaint is not with the facility but the truck A/C fan motor worked only when it desired. A very hot drive headed west from Florida to Texas and U-Haul did not seem to give a damn.
ERIC EDid not have the dolly that it left me reserve online. Paid for furniture dolly I didn’t need or use. Charged a cleaning fee when it was clean on return. Man at desk acted like he didn’t want to be there and appeared dissolved like possibly hung over. Took pictures of my ID on his phone twice. Why? That’s my privacy on his phone!
Lorrie SThis location is by far our favorite location in Tyler tx. They employees are the greatest and always so helpful no matter the time of day. This one would the only location I use period but sometimes I can’t get the specific truck I need due to high demand for uhauls on the weekend. But trust and believe when we do get to use this location it’s always fast and easy to get in and get out.

KAYLA EWell I reserved my truck at a location close to my home and your company decided to change my location to one across town without notice! I went to the location I had reserved and tried for over 30 mins to get help with my rental and was finally told that you had changed it. I had people hired to help me and they had to wait on me for over an hour due to this change. I then had to pay EXTRA mileage because of it!! Unacceptable I would like some sort of refund for the inconvenience and that it ended up costing me more money to pay for my help and for the mileage due to the change of my preferred rental location. If I had gotten what I reserved it wouldn’t have costed me almost $70 EXTRA to pay my help that had to wait due to the change of location and the mileage I had to pay for due to the change of location!

Burke BI will NEVER use U-Haul again. Ever. I will carry my belongings on my back before I would dare think to call you. There are two pickup locations very close to each other. 1.1 miles to be exact. I had to move out of the house I have been in for 7 years in 2 weeks. (No fault of my own) I was SCRAMBLING. To preface this-about 8 months ago my husband and I used a local U haul to move my grandmother. So when it was time to return this one we rented for our move, he mistakenly thought I had picked it up at the one we used previously. The one that is 1.1 miles from the other location. I did not know this until I got my receipt and saw the $200+ charge. On top of that, I was supposed to get free miles because after picking up the U-Haul, the lock was not working in the door and I had to go back up there the next day. So the person that answered my call when I called 1-800UHAUL, was the least personable, impolite customer service representative. When I tried to explain to why I was calling she kept cutting me off, I guess thinking she knew the answer to the question I never got to fully ask. She told me “I’ll see what I can do, no guarantees.” And then put me on. No- do you mind if I place you on hold? No-please hold one moment while I see what I can do-NOTHING. Then I was on hold for an extremely long time. She checked in once and her attitude was a little better and she put me on hold again for a little while and came back and told me they were going to credit my money back with the exception of $11. Because the area field manager had to “go drive the U-Haul to the correct location.” I’d have done it myself. It was less than 2 miles from my house. I understand that it was a minor inconvenience but it was an honest mistake and there’s no reason, had my husband realized I picked it up 1.1 miles away, that he wouldn’t have dropped it back off there. Needless to say, I didn’t get the free miles either. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN.
Jennifer HDiscovered Right windshield wiper missing when it began raining during move. A few minutes later the left windshield wiper quit working and remained stuck in upright position for the whole time in storm n driving. Tire warning light on the whole time
